I recently asked a question on when the time is right to have a baby & the answers I got were virtually unanimous that I should wait until my husbands out of school. Well - easier said then done. How do I keep myself from being baby crazy? It's like all I can think about. I've decided I'm not going to any baby showers anymore & I try not to watch t.v. shows about having baby's. Also - I try not to bring it up to my husband either b/c who wants to beat a dead horse. So how do I pre-occupy my mind?

When I hang out with my mates my wife gets pissed at me. She thinks I should be happy staying at home and spending time with her. I like playing golf with my buddies and we usually don"t get home to late at night. She reckons I should grow up and behave like a man and not a boy. Is she right to expect this of me.??

To the general population - do you think it is positive or negative for marriages.

For those who are swingers, why did you get into it and is it still positive for your relationship

My friend was messing around with a married man and instead of the wife getting mad at her husband she got mad with my friend (which she has the right too but...) why doesn't she blame him just as much. He was the one foundling her.

My wife and I have been married for 5 years and says that she would like our sex life to be more spontanious. We have two children, at the ages of 5 and 1. I feel that as a responsible adult (Father) that I shouldnt but im losing my wife because of it. I've tried to talk to her about it but she feels as though it is an excuse. I am very attracted to my wife and I love to make LOVE to her, but only when the children are away, outside underadult supervision and or asleep. Am I wrong? What should I do?

I saw a question asked by another member & was wondering should I approach my partner about it.

He used to watch porn before we got together & then we decided to watch movies like Catwoman or something together. He would be turned on by Halle Berry & I enjoyed it aswell & we would end up making love on the floor while the movie was on. We still do this.

Somebody said they watch videos of men with their wife (dieux dv stade for eg) - basically naked men with gorgeous bodies but the most you see is their bums. Should I ask my hubby to watch this with me as I feel this would be a major turn on for me? I don't know if he will like it or not though. I only ever seen parts of the movie on the internet, but if those clips are anything to go by I would love to see the full film. I don't want to buy it behind his back & watch it.

My husband and i have been together three years and married a year and a half. He has never wanted to have children i found this out after we were married unfortunatley. He had a vasectomy done so it would never happen. I had no say but respected his wishes and hoped one day to convice him to get it reversed or to adopt since i was 22 and thought i had plenty of time to convince him and i loved my husband enough to go along with it. Something went wrong with the vasectomy and now i am 7 months pregnant with his child. At first he did not even believe it was his till a doctor confirmed it had (vas) reversed itself.I feel like i am in a living hell my husband hates me.He has become verbally abusive and wont talk to me.He changed the locks on our home and left my things outside with my dog.I dont have any family in houston my family is in NJ so i am living with one of his friends.

My son is so hyper, and he just will not listen. He is stressing me and my marriage out and the fact that he looks just like his father from a previous relationship does not help. His dead beat dad is about 40 states away so my husband has taken on the role of being his father. My son is very smart (and he has a smart mouth) but he will not buckle down to do his work and he cannot stay focused. I cannot teach him to tie his shoes for nothing which is a requirement at his school for kindergarden. He ruins every pair of shoes within days of us buying them. I used to have so much patience with him. I haven't had as much time with him because of a new husband and baby. We have been married for over 2 years now. Is he still acting out because of that or is he just being a five year old? Am I the only parent at her wits end? Does anyone know a good way to teach him to tie his shoes? It was easier to potty train him. HHHHHHEELLLLPPP!!!!

I have been married for a year.. do this man whom i have a child with.. we got married for insurance for the baby.. (Yeah stupid reason, and we both admit that) but he says we fell in love with me... the problem is that my ex... who i was extremely in love with before my husband.. well he had called me during my pregnancy and told me that he loves me.. and he will always love me. I had been waiting to hear that forever!! and it messed with my feelings.. now i can't stop talking to him... you see, i just don't have these same feelings for my own husband as i do this other man. and i don't know what to do. The other guy said that if my marriage didn't work out that he would love to try things again.. and he thinks we are soul mates... but he is also very respectful and said that if there is any chance of happiness in my marriage he doesn't want me to give up... so i am in the middle...and my husband is exactly the nicest person.. he's in lawinforcement.. so can be very controling

I have been married 4 times.Only the first one lasted more than a year. We were together 12 years, married 7&1/2. I guess I am Lousy @ finding the right guy or lousy at being married! I am strong, and don't take well to being dominated, which they all seem to do. They are jealous of my Children, other men,any activity or friend I have etc.. I am obviously not a very good judge of Character, and (evidently) don't take enough time getting to know them. I don't want to be alone, every guy I date falls in love with me and immediatly wants to "own" me. I have never really played the field . But obviously "fall-in-love" way too easily. What do I do. I'm scared to try anymore.

Ok, quick scenerio, I have a child, boy 10yo born in florida , and a new born baby girl with my fiance whom I used to date 20 years ago we got back together 5 years ago. We are having major communication problems. I have tried to talk to him and he always defends the other person. He is surrounded by people who have not even graduated high school and are not too bright. He is treating me like I am one of those people. I asked him not to and he told me I was being small minded and to shut the f---- up among some other choice words. I get soo frustrated because he will not listen to me about anything. He makes things 2x as difficult for himself and me by not listening and/or communicating. Don't get me wrong it is not always like this or I would not have agreed to marry him or had a child with him. But everytime we get in a discussion about someone in our life he defends them and makes me feel like everything is my fault. I'm at the point where I am ready to leave.HELP! Any advise?

For the past year, we've been basically living off of my paycheck (because my hubby's business hasn't been doing well). I have to admit, I've been feeling upset and used. I know he's struggling to make his business work, but I'm tired of being the one who's bringing in all the money every month. And he doesn't even seem to appreciate it either. I really don't know what to do.
