if there is anyone out htere that was cheated on and is trying to work it out pls tell me how do get over the pain when it does surface. (he ended it and begged forgivness, and is not really the type to repeat mistakes, the probblem is that i do not trust him in most areas of life, nad when i think about another women holding him , or the good bye he probably had with her it kills me. it totaly consumes me and it makes it harder for me to let my husband , who is trying so hard, to get close to me. plus i'm still afraid he has feelings towards her).

I think women cheat more, but since they're so clever they just don't get caught. On top of that, when men feel that their woman is cheating and then confronts them about it the woman can put on such a good act that it makes HIM feel guilty. This used to bother me but now it's kind of funny. What are your thoughts about it?

I know many will not preceive this right so it would be much appricieated if you didnt leave rude answers. Well for being 17yrs old i concider myself very mature. I have my own apartment, I pay my own bills, i work fulltime and go to school and manage to spend alot of time with my daughter and her dad.
Well we have obviously had to keep it a secret from and legal figures and we are both on probation for past crimes that are in the past we have grown since then. Her dad paid and pampered me thru the whole pregnancy and still does he is a wonderful man. Well his probation today just found out about me and my daughter i have no idea how to prove to the court system that our relationship is a mutual godsent it is the best thing that has happened to either one of is. Please I pray for some good help, until i figure out how to solve this we cant legally see eachother and he cant see our daughter. In idaho where we live you have to get married to be emancipated.

We've known each other for ten years and just started a sexual relationship 5 months ago. He married a girl because he had been a bachelor for many years. I married for convenience and had given up on true love. My husband has been ill but before he got ill the relationship was pretty much a roommate type thing. No intimacy at all emotionally or physically. But I do love this married man and had always been attracted to him from the first time I met him years ago. Now he says he loves me but doesn't know what he can do about it. He has felt guilty from the beginning because he is a friend to my husband. And with my husband being sick. I have felt guilty too but for not loving my husband the way a wife should love their husband. My husband I have remained by his side even while having this affair I've always put him first because his illness will probably result in death. I don't want him to die and I will stay with him as long as he is on this earth. Need real advice not insults.

Like my husband who is getting some money here soon, and I think he should invest it in realestate (like a small house). I think he is going to spend it on crap, and squander it.
We had 40,000 dollars last year, and nothing to really show for it other than some new furniture and a big screen tv.
How do I make him see the light???

Just curious to see how you ladies feel about it when your husbands or b/f's think of themselves first, like it's me first, instead of thinking of you and your feelings and needs before his own?

Personally I think it's wrong, and will admit that I have been guilty of it, and have been working hard at chaning my mentality as far as putting my wife before myself.

Are all men as forgetful as my husband? He forgets things on a regular basis. Then when I say something about it, he acts like I think he's worthless. We've recently been going through some really tough times and although it affects us both, I have been the main one trying to pick ups the pieces and get through this mess. Why isn't he more sensitive to what he's putting me/us through? I had always felt so proud of him and adored him, but these days, I actually enjoy my time away from him. Is he the problem? Am I the problem? Is this something common among men? Can anyone shed some light on this topic?
