I know many will not preceive this right so it would be much appricieated if you didnt leave rude answers. Well for being 17yrs old i concider myself very mature. I have my own apartment, I pay my own bills, i work fulltime and go to school and manage to spend alot of time with my daughter and her dad.
Well we have obviously had to keep it a secret from and legal figures and we are both on probation for past crimes that are in the past we have grown since then. Her dad paid and pampered me thru the whole pregnancy and still does he is a wonderful man. Well his probation today just found out about me and my daughter i have no idea how to prove to the court system that our relationship is a mutual godsent it is the best thing that has happened to either one of is. Please I pray for some good help, until i figure out how to solve this we cant legally see eachother and he cant see our daughter. In idaho where we live you have to get married to be emancipated.

Getting married now does not change the fact that the two of you weren’t married when you had sex, and since you’re under the age of sexual consent for your state he committed a crime. It doesn’t matter if you consented, and it doesn’t matter how wonderful he treats you. It also doesn’t matter if Mom was ‘ok’ with the sexual relationship between you two because a parent cannot give permission for their child and her/his boyfriend/girlfriend to break the law.
Should the DA decide to charge him, all it will take to prove his guilt is a dna test. He could be facing many years in prison.
If the two of you have been ordered to have no contact and Mom signs for you to get married, likely the court will not be happy about that.

Sorry, I can't support you. There are laws against this sort of relationship for good reason. You may think you love this man and need to be with him, but you're wrong. Legally you are still a child and have a lot of growing up to do. You don't think so, but you do. Having an apartment and a job does not make you a grown-up. Having a 29-year-old boyfriend makes him a pedophile. Period.

women mature faster than men, so you two are probably at the same maturity level. You need to find a way to get married and if there is not a way then be patient if you two really love each just wait and take it day by day. You have the rest of your lives to be together. Im not one to be rude or judge you do what is right for you and your family wish you the best of luck and stay out of trouble

sweetie, i hope everything works out for you but, the cold hard facts are that you needed to be married, with you parents/guardians consent. now it depends on the crime your man was convicted for but if your parents and guardians are okay with it then hopefully he won't be in much trouble. if he was on probation for something that dealt with interaction between his self and minors, then i am sorry but he's screwed.

So why don't you guys just get married? If your Mom consents, can't she sign for you to marry? Does your Dad pay child support for you?
