Yes...they are your kids. That makes them YOUR responsibility. Even if she doesn't let you see them, you still have to pay. In the divorce decree it says that.

If she is going for a vacation, yes you do.
If she's actually 'moving' to another country, she can't unless you've allowed that. Usually, the custody/visitation of the children and such is already in the documents regarding leaving the country, state even moving to the next county.
You should look at your legal docs. It might be considered illegal for her to move too far from you and she could end up losing custodial rights/visitation especially if you have joint legal custody and are not consenting to the leave.
Well, about paying child support ..you have to continue paying even if you take the situation to court. Good luck with that. Peace.

I shop questioning this could be a hoax, yet ..... first of all - there is not any divorce, except you have signed the papers besides. You 2 are nonetheless married in case you haven't any longer signed the papers. he's to blame for offering housing for you - his relatives - as long as he's married. that's what BAH is for: to offer housing for a Servicemember and his relatives. in case you all have become quite much 2K a month BAH, then you definately are in a severe fee of residing section, so the militia is going to insist that he can provide housing greater suitable than a trifling six hundred greenbacks is going to conceal. Now as quickly as you're divorced, that's as much as despite the courtroom says. once you're nonetheless a militia significant other, then you definately ought to pass see the Commander and JAG and initiate the potential of having him into some hardship. once you're nonetheless married and he's in cohabitation with some female buddy then the implication is that he's in an adulterous affair. base line: you ought to pass see a civilian lawyer.

Have you agreed to let her take the kids? You know that you have rights too. But if you have agreed, then of course you will have to pay child support.

Yes because she should be responsible for making sure they get to continue their visitation with you or at least pay half the expenses. I would think it would depend on the state your in but in my state and the surrounding states i know the child support continues but the parent that is moving is responsible for providing transportation for visits

Probably and she can be as bitchy as she wants too. Everything is slanted in the woman's favor and most use it to suck as much money as they can out of the man. To boot she talk trash to the kids about you so be prepared. Believe it or not some women plan this from the start.

Yes you will and you should want to, don't you want to insure that your children have the things they need? It is not just her responsibility to care for them and if she has remarried it's not her new husbands place, after all they are your children.
