i think the marital status will divorced (well atleast based on the logic of my own country) and if you have a child then you are a single mother:)

Very interesting Question baby doll classed here as as divorced or a single mum sweety because unless you change your family name back to your maiden name it confuses the masses and to get remarried here you have to show your divorce certificate hunny bun got it ?
