Well, my parents are FORCING me to go to church until I'm 18, and to be quite honest. I HATE IT. I don't want to go to church, I just wanna be left alone... but since my parents are threatening to cancel comcast internet if I don't go to church once a week, I have no choice. About two months ago we started going to this new church, and I am almost 17. There are alot of teens in this youth class and sometimes I feel like I'm obligated to go to it... but the thing is, I don't even want to be in church in the first place, much less go to some youth class. I only go to church because I have to, the truth is I want to get out of that place ASAP. Not only do I not like church, but I am a little shy and I am a bit worried of what people will think of me, so if I go to that teen class, theres like 20 people I don't even know and I feel a little intimidated... sorry I know it sounds bad, but I shoulden't even have to go to church, I think I am old enough to make my own decisions...

Sister has Power of Attorney OVER mother's care. Believe just told MOM to sign at the X on the papers. Mom suffers form dementia. Sister lives in Florida with MOM and we live in Illinois. Sister refuses to give us info on MOM and hangs up numerous times. We think sister is after MOM'S money since our Dad took very good care of MOM money wise. And sister really needs her money.

In the past (recently) have had issues with my mum. I have come to the point where I feel better when I don't speak to her. We initially had a huge fight when she realised I was definitely going to University so I wouldn't be giving her any more money. I thought she would be happy for me, but I think she loves money more than anything. I decided I wouldn't give her any money regardless and that she has to work. I had gone through the trouble of having her relocate and help her find a good job only for her to throw it in my face after 10 days of working and she decided to move back out of the country. Recently she was trying to blackmail me by using my sliblings, knowing that I care for them and will send money if it's to do with them, but I refused. She is now so full of anger, and snaps at everyone (major tantrums). My sister cannot take it anymore and has no choice because she is so young. She is bullying everyone including my dad. Now after everything she wants to come back to her

We are 15 and my friend just told me that her parents abuse her. For example: Her mom is making her loose ten pounds or she is taking away all her privileges, all though she is perfectly healthy and ok with her body image. She explained this too her mom but she doesn't care.
Then anouther time she borrowed something of her dads and he accused her of stealing it and he whacked her on the shoulder. I always knew her parents were mean and unfair just not like that.
She has phoned a child help hot line but they want to remove her from the household and she panicked and hung up. I just found out this whole whammy today and i can't stop crying. I feel really really bad for her and i don't know what i can do or she can do to resolve this. It's just not fair that my household is so perfect while she has no love or support at home. I'm not allowed to tell anyone that she told me this. I dont know what to do or tell her. Please someone help us?

The whole problem started with my dog. He is still just a puppy and so likes to chase my sisters cat. Sometimes this goes beyond just chasing for fun though and it actually turns serious, which is when we have to intervene. A couple days ago this happened. My dad who has anger issues and others as well built up from a crappy childhood threw him out of the house in response to this. I went out and got him back inside but by the time i caught him and got him inside my dad had left. I just turned around in time to see him flying out of the driveway. He returned today and talked to me, my sister, and my mom. He thinks the solution is for him to move out. I sometimes think this too, but it would hurt my sister and i dont want that . I need to know what i should say to my dad and what i should do to help my sister if he does move out, which i think he just might tonight when we're asleep. please help me.

I'm 18, so i should be able to do this, but I've been through a lot this summer. My mom walked out, i found out i cant have kids, my sister had an abortion, I found out my step-sister hates me when she pretended to be my friend for years, i moved away from all my friends, and started college at a place i hate with the roommate from hell. I want to ask my dad if i could go into therapy just so i have someone to talk to and give me actual advice. But he's really hard to talk to . Any ideas as to how to go about it?

So my boyfriends parents separated shortly after he was born, his mother says it was because she found out that the dad may of had another son born shortly after my boyfriend. At the age of 20 my boyfriend found out that it was true. He really does have a brother out there somewhere in the world. He has an older brother that he is very close to, and neither of them want to meet him. I have been trying to convince him that he should especially considering we have children now. What do you think????

I'm the youngest (sort of) in my family. No one ever talks to me or ever calls unless someone dies . Not my parents , siblings, etc. And if I have a problem I cannot go to them. Not to talk or anything. Im 24 and it really hasnt hit me until now. When I tried to talk to them before, I was told that I was over reacting...Am I?

or dislike her so much. If she is nice to you, buys you things, listens to things you tell her about your life and is interested in you and wants good things for you always.....what is it that makes you hate her still. I honestly need to understand this....is there anything she could do short of leaving your father that would make you happy?

I have a 19 year old sister who lives at home with me, my brother and my mom. The thing is that she dropped out of high school, she doesn’t work, or even help around the house. She takes off with her boyfriend whenever she wants and doesn’t come home for days, and when she does it’s just to sleep and eat all the food we buy, me and my brother are tired of this situation, we want to kick her out, but my mother opposes saying that if we kick her out of the house and something happens to her, it will be our fault. What should me and my and my brother do? Should we admit her to come to the house whenever she wants so she can take off whenever she wants? Or kick her out for good?

ok here are the details....
he is an illegal immigrant, she claims to love him and that they want to get married before the citizen laws change, so they can have a normal life.
They both have not graduated H.S. and are very immature i think as far as finances go and jobs/school.
We were raised in church and my mother does not like this boy for VERY good reasons i can't say, and feels like my sister is making a mockery out of marriage. My mother will be very hurt, and i HATE that.
I LOVE my sister and want to be there for her but i feel as if i'm not being honest with her, i do feel she is too young to get married and he is all wrong for her. What should i do she wants me to go to the courthouse this week and be a wittness. Should i just support her because no one else in my family is. or should i try to stop something i KNOW she is going to do anyways, we have had ALOT of arguments over this guy the past year and her and i relationship is finally back on track..HELP!!!!

Ok, I will try to make this long story short. I was married we had a child. He then started to steal my money and use drugs all day. Totally changed and didnt work was a getting trouble with the law and so forth. We did get a divorce. The judge didnt give him any rights to our child because of his history. Now 3 years later his mother wants to see the child. The mother is writing letters to me and there are not nice ones at that. She use to talk to the child then would sneak her father on. Our child now has issues. She holds her self from going to the bathroom everytime she hears their names. I got a letter now stating the the grand mother wants my child to visit her, we do live in diff. states. She has stated she has been around the house and said she will do anything at cost to get her. She calls all the time and wants to talk to the child, the letters dont stop. I want to put a restaining order on her. Will the courts let me? DO we have to appear in court? How does this work?

my dad is the biggest dickface to walk the planet...and he does not have respect to me, my mom, he tries to buy my little sister with the little money we have...

he got kicked out 1.5 months ago and now hes living at his moms.

weirdness:
he came into the house (while still living at his moms) at 2 in the morning, and he blows up everytime i give my opinion and hes worse than a kid when it comes to the things he wants (i want this gun uses it once)....

reason he got kicked out:
worked for a friend(my dads a plumber) not telling my mom, he lied, and the job overall we would have got 1000$(which we need) but instead he wanted to hunt the woods by his house...
lied about something else totally retarded(i forgot what it was)

my dad is a mamas boy where he goes to her with many problems(jail, home, ect) and makes it look like it my moms fault...

so am i wrong to hate my dad? what should i do?

oh yea, hes tooooo manly to use coupons...
