I have a full time job and i want too move out of home. my Parents have given me concent as they know i would be alot happier. I am able to support myself. But if my mum and dad help me out in renting is it legal to do this even though im not 18 till april 08

yes it is legal, but remember that you will have a hard time finding an apartment because you are under 18. you may have to have your parents on the lease.....

YOu have a full time job? and your only 17? I would say why are you working full time and what about school?

No I don't think you are able to support yourself you are only 17 and there is more to it than just finances. There is the emotional ability as well. Not to mention there is no way you can have enough experience to be able to handle different situtations and you must likely won't be able to find a place to live that will allow you at the age of 17 that will be safe.

I think you need to appreicate what you have and stay home.

hiya,
this is legal ive done it myself! i moved out b4 my 17th bday didnt get any help with rent or anything thou as they didnt really give me consent. managed to keep a flat for a yr then rented a house an now been in this one 5 yrs. :-) you can get married at 16 still with consent from ur parents, but the smoking age is now up to 18, its beyond me!

first off i did this when i wayz 13. 2 get a place to live u first got 2 be 18.and if u dont pay rent your parnents r the 1 that will be in trouble. and if u r thinkn off leaving your house. dont its all ot of money for a place. first last payments .u need at least 3,000 dallors to get a nice place. its going to vary hard

If your pregnant and not married, your knocked up... if your 7Teen... your a teen... I would listen to your parents as it's clear your choices so far haven't been the correct ones.

i helped my son out with rent while he was in college...i don't believe there is a difference.
