ly had visitation every other weekend. One weekend I found a homemade crackpipe in their clothes. I contacted the police and push come to shove he got custody of the children (5, 7). I had to quit working because the children were so disruptive in their school. So I signed us up for counseling, then the children also went to their counseling. Well to make a long story short. The children are out of the house and on their own because I raised them to the best of my ability. Their father was always working and never had time for the children. But the children call me MOM even though they have a mom somewhere. Now out of the wild blue yonder he wants me to get a job. I'm 51 years old haven't worked in over 12 years because of his children. Now he thinks I'm a freeloader and expects me to "this is my house and my rules you need to get a job", or "my house my rules" I was a medical office manager. I can't get that job at my age now. What would you do? Stay or go?

Why do I like him?!

He's cute, but he's so goofy, like so socially awkward, although the "pretty" girls like him a lot...like he can chill with them without any awkwardness...
...but he just acts like ridiculous around me, just stares at me, but looks away and won't talk to me, but always STARING...never a time when we're not in the same vicinity that he's NOT staring...most people talk to me like a normal person, but he like gasps when he sees me...weirdo...

SO WHY AM I STARTING TO LIKE HIM?! Am I bored? Do I like him because he acts as if he likes me?

I have been seperated for a while from my husband , the divorce is still pending. I am feeling very lonely and want to get into the dating seen. My circle of friends is also very small so I have not met any intresting guy. I get the feeling that I am a very boring person . Every guy that I met is either a jerk or a total loser. Most of them see me as a good friend or a sister. I am not sure how to come out of this situation.

I know my questions long but please read I need your help........My ex and I went out when we were 16 years old. We had to break up because my parents didn't like him. Plus on top of that neither did my sis, she told me one day that he was cheating on me with another girl from my neigborhood. He claimed to never have known the girl.
Anyway later his mother died an he had to move away to pennislyvaina, I went away to school. When I came back home I found out from my best friend that he was now living in new jersey a little while away from the city. Thanks to her he got my number and called me. We were reminising over our old relationship then started hanging out again.
He told me that he had just gotten out of a relationship with his ex 2 days ago. And he had been talking to this girl for a year and going out with her for 2 months. I really used to love this boy(I still do alittle) he loved me to. I really want to try at having another relationship with him now that were both 18 we don't have to worry about any family problems. I always said if it was ment to be god would let us meet again, now here we are. What do I do can we go at another chance or and I just his rebound girl. I really want this to work he's always been the one I ever envisioned ending up with......thanks

I am Mark and I have been very close friends with Katie for two years. We have been best friends in college (only friends nothing else). A year ago she went out this a guy and became very attached to him but they ended it after 4 months. The guy broke her heart and I had to console her. She said she would never talk to him again and that she hated him. So I said i will do everything i can to prevent it. So I found out last week that they have been getting with eachother.... my boyfriend of almost 3years moved out of our newly purchased home a month ago while i was atwork and we only talked a few times (i asked him to atleast pay disconnection fees on his stuff) an he would either be an *** to me or brush me off then on thursday i asked him if he had the money yet and he was being all nice an we ended up chatting for almost 3 hours and he said he left cuz when we gained weight we stopped doing things (we also had financial differences). My friend's husband has recently turned into a coke head. He brings people into the house at all hours and told her that if she doesn't agree with his lifestyle that is her problem. She asked him to leave and that she wants a divorce, but he said the earliest he will move is February! His check for the rent also bounced. She doesn't know what to do. I told her to call the cops. I don't know what else to tell her. I'm very worried.

hi I am 14 years old and my step mom is kind of mean to me. If I get a bad grade on my homework or if I look at her funny she will hit me or not let me eat. Sometimes she will lock me in my room and not let me eat or go to the bathroom. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong? Am I to old for this to really be child abuse? I don't know what to do.

Okay so I have been practicing twice a week for my gymnastics performances and my first one is in a few days. Now my mom says she isn't going to try to come cause she is spending time with one of her friends and she really wants to talk to her. She just spent two hours talking to her on the phone. I need some advice because I am not really sure on what I should do. My "First" has been trying to come back around. Yeah, we have a history and I know it didnt work out before but we both had alot of things we needed to work on plus we were young too. He married young and had a child and when we dated to begin with he had just come out of that relationship. That was 10 years ago and we have remained friends throughout the years. He has come back around now wanting a relationship but I am not sure if I should try it again or not. My boyfriend is 19 and 4 months. I am 14 and 8 months.

We have been best friends FOREVER. We've now been together for about 6 months. I know we are in love, and I have decided I'm ready to have sex with him.

I've asked him twice now, and both times he said 'No'. I get the distinct impression he is trying to protect me from myself (hes a virgin).
