Why do I like him?!
He's cute, but he's so goofy, like so socially awkward, although the "pretty" girls like him a lot...like he can chill with them without any awkwardness...
...but he just acts like ridiculous around me, just stares at me, but looks away and won't talk to me, but always STARING...never a time when we're not in the same vicinity that he's NOT staring...most people talk to me like a normal person, but he like gasps when he sees me...weirdo...
SO WHY AM I STARTING TO LIKE HIM?! Am I bored? Do I like him because he acts as if he likes me?

Well, you're confused and he's acting goofy... sounds like love to me. What's wrong with liking this guy? The fact that you're writing about it probably means that, on some level, you do.
Try not to let it freak you out... but if he's totally into seeing you, maybe that means he actually LIKES you.

He probably likes you thats why hes acting like that because i used to act like that around the girl i like to until i just talked to her one day then i just started acting normal around her once i knew she was a cool person and i could talk to her so just talk to him a little and let him know your cool and he can talk to you and he will probably stop acting like that.

You probably just like all the attention that he gives you, the way he acts makes it seem like he likes you and you might just like that... especially if all the "pretty" "popular" girls like him, it might make you feel superior to them because he likes you... or he could just be weird... try talking to him

You like him because you don't understand him. He intrigues you. He does like you, there is no doubt about that, and the fact that he is nervous around you makes you feel special. This, based on what is written, is why I think you like him.

I HONESTLY HAVENT A CLUE.. the guy sounds pretty wierd to me.. maybe he previously liked you and you blew him off and he secretly hates you and likes you.. unlikely but it makes sense lol
