I just started dating this guy...my guy friends found out by reading my text messages, and at first they were really protective, telling me (and him unfortunately) that they'd beat him up if he 'pulled anything'.
After a couple dates, my closest guy friend was being really rude, saying it wasnt actually dating, cause I just met him and we only had a few dates or whatever...and he was getting really mad when I wouldn't tell him 'what he did to me' or whatever.

What's his deal??

My boyfriend is coming home tonight after being gone for 5 months and I want to surprise him with stuff in the bedroom.
We havent been together in 5 months. I really missed him.

Okay, I've been on Yahoo! Answers for a little while now giving the best advice that I can give to others, now I'm in need of some serious help. For the past year I've had to sacrifice alot as far as being a normal 20 year old. My mother was out of work for a year and she found a job, but it's based in Kansas and she works all around the Midwest. When she took the job I had to assume her postion at home i.e. cooking, cleaning, amongst other things. Now for the past 6 months or so I've really been in the worst mood I have ever been in my entire life. I've been having a really hard time expressing to people that I'm just not in the mood for all this holiday stuff. It hit me about a week ago when my little brother asked me if I was excited about Christmas and I said, "NO." After I said that I really felt bad but it's exactly how I feel. I told my friends about how I felt and they said that they're going through the same thing. Am I wrong to be feeling this way?

My wife spends a lot of time with a group of friends, one of which is a male. The group hangs out late at least 1 night a week, and she often stays up until 2, 3 and even 4 AM talking to the male friend after the group has left. One night she told me he IMed her at work, saying he is REALLY "in love" with her. I got pissed, but we talked about it and other issues in our marriage, and WE are now OK, however, I have not spoken with the man since the incident, and it is known that he is not welcome in my house. My wife is still friendly with him, and goes to the group hangouts that he attends. She told him what he said was not cool, but I feel she allowed it to happen to a certain extent. Now he says the statement was part of a religious cleansing process for Yom Kippor? (a Jewish holiday), where you confess things to make you feel better. I don't buy it, and am feeling more angry that he's trying to deflect blame from his actions. He is also married. What do you think?

It's not unheared of where I live for a 16-17 year old to date a guy who's 23-24. a good friend of mine is 20 and his girfriend is 16. The parents don't mind that. But it's different when you are 23. My friend is 16. I can't tell you how much we relate. We've spent hours talking about nothing lol. And hours talking about everything. We've known each other for 3 years and it's cool. I've almost convinced myself to talk to her and her mom (spepretly and mom first) about asking her out. But I can't quiet get myself to do it. The only thing that makes me hesitate is the age gap. If her mom told me no I'd back off and never bring it up again. Her mom's a friend I went to college with. She's mature for her age, if a bit of a rebel. For those of you who don't think Im crazy, can you give me good ideas? Maybe some stories of your own if you have been in a similer situation? I dout her mom would call the cops. just don't know how to ask her permission...any ideas? (lenghty if possable)?

Unfortunately I cannot get along with my boyfriends parents, and we have a 7 month old child. We live together and every time they come to visit ( they live 5 minutes away so it's frequently)...we argue. I have tried to be polite, but they don't listen at all.
His mother is rude and has called my boyfreind fat numerous times...once around his extended family. I have pulled her aside more than once. I correct his father when he is holding our child, because he can't seem to understand ( he doesn't listen) how to hold her. He thinks that I pick on him and gets mad that I always correct him. Also, he is always coughing without covering his mouth. That's just rude and unsanitary!!!
I can't stand them and have told my boyfriend that they stress me out. last night we got into a shouting match because his mother is soooo RUDE! I try and not be around them, but they come and visit our daughter and I can't leave them alone with her! HELP!!!

The thing is, this guy is her batch mate from uni.he doesn't know she is in a relationship. so thinks she is single. my gf doesn't wanna tell either. even last time through sympathy and all he wanted to get her attention and started flirting. my gf denies. but once agreed with me, stopped hangging out with him, cos even while in study groups, he just wastes time and talk stories. so she just says hi bye only. then again after 5months, she let him be in her study group, cos she wants to help him as well, she said, it's true he wants to do well in studies. i'm ok with that. but he again started flirting, as in email her telling how he feels about other women, how he wants to kiss and hold other women. and my gf refuse to share these things with me. she says it's personal to him, and he only told her, so doesn't wanna betray him. but she is in a way betraying me.though she says she only listen and doesn't flirt back. i dont' want her to be a sexual satisfaction to any guy even by mind.

Don't know why, but I think I should put loving and liking a girl away for couple of years so that I can focus on my business and take my life high.What do you think?
Girls would make you busy, wanna hang out with, and have fun.
And many great man in history succeeded with having no lady in their life, such as edison, Wright brother, ....
I mean the same thing would go for girl about having a guy in their life.

i'm defenetly not unconfident, or concieted.
but whenever i'm around basically any guy, cute or ugly,as long as their not a little kid or old guy, i get really awkward and i don't know how to talk to them.

i've only talked to him once in my life & i've been in class with him almost 3 years!
(by class i mean my churchs jr. high and highschool. i'm homeschooled he's public)
and the time i talked to him wasnt even a conversation! it was on myspace, i asked why he rejected me & if he knew i went to his church. & he said he didnt think he did and added me.. that was basically itt!
i feel like i know him so well! our jr. high was small so everyone knew who everyone was.

I will try to keep it short. I work graveyard shifts at work. I came home on Saturday morning from work and my husband( I have been with him for 8 years) was cryng in pain. He kept saying his stomache hurt. He thought he was gonna die from the pain. I thought maybe it was the flu. So I dropped him off at the ER and went back home to try and sleep. Well I guess it was not the flu. He is now in the hospital in ICU, and had to have surgery from internal bleeding and ripping. Finally a doctor took me aside and said he had used a sex toy and was so aggressive with it that it ripped him inside his body. I think his colon. I'm soo angry because my husband did not tell ME this, and that he could die because of the bleeding. Then again I'm soo sad b-cuz I love him and nobody deserves the pain he is going through. He has surgery today and is still in BAD condition, they had to do a blood transfusion. What should I do? I want to love him and leave him at the same time!!! This is killing me! HELP!

I don't date for looks and this guy I like and am trying to convince my mother to let me date is my height but he is chubby and my mom hates it., but, He is the sweetest guy we are not dating and he already has bought me 2 pairs of diamond earings, a diomand neckalace, stuffed animals ,and I give him things to.
