May be he is just shy. Try to flirt with him and convo. Ask him if he would like to hangout with u to the mall or a restaurant.
work with him on an assigment or if he need some help with something

The guy is probably either nervous or does not know how to act in front of a girl. Try approching him and talking to him, he'll give you some time if you start hanging out with him and his friends. The guy is just probably a little shy.

Dont worry, and dont try to prove that u love him, bcoz u know somtimes u may become cheap while trying to do that.
I think he is bit nervous, but i am sure that one day definitely comes to u.
