my soon to be ex husband and i have been trying to work things out for 3 yrs. and its just not working he wants to party instead of taking care of his family. and in the last 3 yrs he has come and gone in my kids life. he disappeared all the time and they r really messed up because of it. and he is now almost 8,000 dollars behind in child support. i called him the other day and asked him to help me with some diapers for our son and he told me to ask his parents. cause he wants to see the kids and isnt going to pay if he cant see thrm. but i dont want him to hurt the kids anymore. i need help and dont know what to do.....please help me!!!!!

My husband to be's family is devoutly catholic, my fiance doesnt practice and i am protestant baptist, so we are going to the justice of the peace and just planning a reception afterwards, that also is a big issue with my fiances grandmother, who by the way is wealthy but not offering any wedding cost help which is fine but in my book means then she has no input! so how would one go about not hurting his families feelings about the issue?

For the past 4 years we had issues with him coming home when he feels like it, he was also caught sending inappropiate text messages to other women. Not to mention all the other mess that I dealt with. Now that I am finally fed up and trying to move on with my life; he says he's not going to sign the documents because he deserves another chance. The only chance he'll get is to mend the relationship with the children for never being there for them. I'm not giving him another chance to hurt my feelings, I just want to end the marriage and move on. But he won't sign the documents.

like a good husband. He is good but not as good as others may think. He is bossy, moody, shouts at his wife and make her feel useless.He is a good provider though. The wife doesn't earn but she sees to it that everything in the house run smoothly - from driving the kids to school, going to the market, and even taking charge when there is a need to call a carpenter, painter or a plumber. How can she handle this kind of person. She loves her husband very much.

I've been living with my dad and grandmother my whole life. My dad works 2nd shift so he's never around when i come home from school. For the past year now, my grandmother has become very angry. She's the one providing for me and my sister and when i say providing i mean, cooking and doing the dishes and sometimes the laundry. Me and my sister are not spoiled or anything. Whenever I try to do the dishes my grandmother screams at me and tells me to leave the kitchen. Sometimes that happens when i try and do my laundry. Also, she always yells at me and my sister for the littlest things like not finishing our meal or working on homework until late at night. In all, she's always yelling at us and its making me so frustrated. I can't stand this anymore. It's been going on for a year and almost every single day. Is there something wrong with her or am I just doing all the wrong things?

get married???? i constantly see people on here complaining about how marriage is boring and they want the freedom to sleep around. didnt they think about this before they got married? i mean we all know marriage requires sleeping with that one person. i mean if your spouse completely cuts you off from sex then maybe i can understand.(its still wrong..just more understandable). but seriously, why do people who know monogamy isnt their cup o' tea bother getting married??? why dont they still single or find someone to marry who agrees with open marriage???

I am feeling very down at the moment. I got back from my Thanksgiving break yesterday and had my classes resume today. I was in a good mood all day until a few hours ago. It seems to be mostly about this girl that I really like, who I have hooked up with and I apparently wasn't assertive enough with her. Anyway, her sorority has a formal on saturday and I was really hoping she (or one of the many other girls i know in the sorority) would ask me to go. I told myself all last week during break that I was over her and it didnt matter if she asked me or not, and it seemed like i was all fine until today. Then we had class together and she basically bolted out of class and didn't look back. Anyway, I just feel really down and depressed because 1. I really like this girl and I know I ****** it up, and 2. I don't feel like anybody even cares if I am around or not. I just really don't know what to do to make myself feel like I am worth something to other people.

Ive been with my boyfriend for 5 months now and i really do love him and am just hoping i dont get hurt again like i usually have in the past. Ive noticed in the beginning he was always calling me and sweet what not, now not as much hes always working and tired from his new job. Seems like theres always stuff on his mind and when i ask whats wrong he says theres nothing wrong just tired. He does act different around his friends, and when we're alone he'll be lovey dovey not as much though. I consider myself a pretty good girlfriend i can be pretty romantic write him poems/cook dinner , clean for him and i dont even live there.Buy him things so.. He calls me nasty names, he tells me i am fat, tells me i am ******* fat, dam* lazy and then calls me sweetie and tells me i love you. I don't know what to do. Here is some background. We are jewish, we live in the upper east side of manhattan in a townhouse, my dad is a lawyer, and my mom runs law firms, and i go to a small private school.. I live a good life but i don't know what to do. Every time i tell my mom, she says i provoked him and it was my fault. But, do I or anyone deserve to be hit? Should i call child services. I don't want him to hurt my precious sister either yet, I still love him and when i need him he is always there for me. This is a behind closed doors dad so what should i do. I am writing this in tears after he threw me to the floor and broke my cell phone by throwing it. Please Help.

ok...theres this boy...i've had a little crush on him for about a month now...but i dont know if he knows who i am...well...

i told my friend-boy alex that i liked him who is friends with him, and he said he was gonna tell him, and tell him who i was.

i got done with cheer practice tonight, and he just came for drumline practice, and i was sitting by my self on the benches in my school, and he walked right past me and gave me a look...

I broke it off with my boyfriend of 2 years on/off but I never really gave a reason and just left it out in the open because I needed time to think about things.
He asked me to hang out but I just needed some space so I said I was busy and had a lot of homework left to do.
At school we act like we are both invisible, yet he texts me and I text him every once in awhile.
Does this mean anything or am I reading too deep into this?

i hate my dad mayb he never abused us (unless slapping me when i was 6 mnths for not eating my food counts and getting slapped everyday even when i was like 4) but this is how my life was w/ him almost everyday.....he'd come home look for everything 'messy' in the house and yell at us pretty much everyday.............and it doesn't sound bad but u shud see him when he gets mad it's scary as **** (not as much after 15 yrs of seeing it but he still has gotten my leg to shake sometimes)

I'm a 24 y/o female.. and I hate my grandmother... well she's not really my "grandmother", she's my Aunt (she took it upon herself to be called that). I hate her, she's mean, rude, inconsideraite, a lier, she thinks the world revolves around her 24-7, she always thinks that her life has been so much worse then everyone elses, honestly she's a &itch with a capital "B". When I was younger 6-11 y/o she lives F-ing 7 miles from me, I lived in a heck-hole, I had to go to school with popuri in my pockets because all my clothes smelled like dog peepee, the people I was living w/ couldn't always pay the bills on time. I hardly had any food, was never told to go to school, heck I didn't learn how to multiply till I was 15y/o. When I was 8y/o I started my period, and I called her asking for help, and she called me a lier, and hug up on me... I have all kinds of anger aginst her, and I want to express myself, and why I don't like her at all... should I write her a letter and tell her, or no???
