Yes. Not a romantic relationship, but I've made friends with other dog owners from spending time at the dog park.

I boned the receptionist from the surgery i took my dog too. She recognised me the next night when i was out. "Hows the dog....blah blah etc" and the rest is history.
One night, but it was still a relationship lol
