My daughters mom is now making it hard for me. I need to put her in school by my house and mom is fighting me to keep her in her same school even though it's over 15miles away from my house where the child currently resides. I'm confused about what to do, i'm tired of fighting with her been doin it too long. I'm finally getting to spend the deserved time with her and her mom seems to be sabotaging our relationship. what are my options legally? Is she old enough to decide legally that she wants to be with me? I live in Nevada.

Well I have this friend, and he has a girlfriend, he wants me and wants to be with me permanently or so he says! Well we did the mattress mumbo today and now I don't know what to expect next! Do I continue my friendship with him and lay low? Or do I get up in his face and voice my concerns?

My friend likes this guy, but the way they show that they like each other is by hitting each other. Everytime i see them, they are always pinching, hitting, slapping, and punching each other. The other day, he had her by the arm and was hitting her, i whispered to my friend "he's treating her like a slave" and she heard, and now she is super pissed at me. I told her before that the way they treat each other is weird, so i don't see why she's getting so mad at me this time. so far, she has turned about 7 people against me, and they are always talking crap about me now. i have to see her tomorrow so i need all the help i could get!!! i was planning on saying sorry to her but i don't know how she is going to take it. any advice on what i should say???!!! i even had a nightmare of her rejecting my apology last night.

OKay so I like this guy and we talk a lot online and hes always complememting me about how i look and my personality and he always says im beautiful and pretty. and he says i have a good sense of humor and a great personality and i think the same about him. But the fact is.. I know he has a gf, it says it on myspace. And when we talk on aim he sometimes puts up an away message and it will say in there somewhere " I love you babe <3" and its for his gf.. so why would he be talking to me? Is he cheating? Is this flirting? is it wrong to talk me me the way he does when he has a gf??? Correct me if im wrong but i think he likes me and im afraid. This kid is about the sweetest thing to so i wouldnt expect this. and what if he is tryin to cheat. or what if he breaks up with his gf so that he can go out with me? and then while we are going out i cnt trust him because he might be doing the same thing ad he did with me... with others. but hes too sweet.. Im 17 and in highschool. Im a little behind with my credits but am catching up. The problem is, my mom keeps telling me that I am not moving out untill I finish high school even if Im 18 before I finish. I hate living at home, I'm always fighting with my mom but I just dont understand why he thinks she can keep me home even when I'm legal and, by law, able to move out? She cant do that right?

mmk. so i am a senior in highschool and going off to college next year. my dad always played music and i was raised in a very music environment. i never really knew what i wanted to do in college until recently, which i am still not exactly sure, but i know it's something in the music field. but i was homeschooled for a few years, went to high school, went through a rough period (eating disorder..still trying to get 100 percent better) and was always a little shy and never really thought i was anything special..or saw music as anything important. I am now finding it hard to play music out without getting really self concious and don't think i should bother writing anything, cause how could i do anything different or anything worth listening to? i need some advice in not only getting over this fear, but in also getting over my extreme self conciousness so that i'm not second guessing myself forever. suggestions?

My brother just lost his fiance' (I always thought she was a little psycho but bit my tongue b/c I knew he loved her with all his heart). The wedding was in 15 days, and I already have non-refundable airline tickets to get me out there for the event that is no longer to be. I'm still going out....but to just visit I guess.

My brother is devastated. He lost his entire future. He loved this girl, AND her two sons (ages 5 and 2) and gave them everything he had. He had assumed the role of a Daddy so beautifully. And she just told him that she "just can't do it". Gave him back his ring, and he hasn't heard another word from her.

I'm going to be out there, but feel so terrible about it. What can I do to help him? He has never had his heart broken like this before. What can I do as the big sister?

I have found this wonderful woman. We are older (I'm 43 and she's 37). I've only been with her for about 5 months so its still quite new. A fabulously expensive thing would scare her off. You know how when you were young and you wanted something but your parents would not get it for you because it was too expensive. You probably do the same thing now that you are older. You see something you want, but when you see the huge price tag, you say nevermind and you don't get it. Like everything in modern society, marrige has a price. Okay...Im pretty sure my mother is crazy. But shes been that way my whole life. After high school I swore I would never move back home. But after college I found myself right back where I swore Id never go! Ive been living at home again for about 2 weeks....Ive already had enough. My mother is overly religious. Meaning everything is the devil. Everyone is a horrible person. Everything is bad! I swear she says horrible, obsurd, awful, evil etc. a few times everyday. She will start to talk normal then all of a sudden its right back to being negative . I cant take it!!!!! But shes my mother. And I cant comfront her about this believe me. She snaps into a crazy, cussing, psycho person if I comfront her about herself. She goes crazy on me a few times a year. Shes always right and everyone is always wrong. She comes across as normal person. But I have to live with this. How do I handle having such a negative mother? Is there anything I can do without actually comfronting her about it?

Chilling details about Baby Grace's cause of death have been found out. The mother and step father have admitted to beating the child with leather belts, and held her head down under water in the bathtub. Then the mother said that the step father threw baby Grace (known as little Ann Riley)across the room and her head was smashed into the tile floor.
Why is it that they were not charged with Capitol Murder??? Do you think the charges will be upgraded to Capitol Murder instead of Injury to a child? If it were a minority do you think they would have been charged with capitol murder, or would it be the same outcome?

he is VERY sweet and gets along with every one...but makes wrong choices....his mom wants to send him to a private Christian school but he says he knows how to get kicked out and he will...he is ADD but won't take med's because it makes him feel bad. Hey Everyone i need help with this one. My husband for 6 weeks now isnt the guy of my dreams. He is a big kid. I mean i had 6grand in my bank and now i only have 70 dollars. He just goes out and buys whatever he wants and if i wanted something he tells me no im not allow. So i started working at walmart in town. I met this really awesome guy. I think i am falling in love with this guy. Im 20 yrs old he is 28 yrs old. I havent have a clue what to do. My husband doesnt know about this other guy.
