My friend had this bf, that took his phone with him and he never paid the bill like he promised, now their phones got turned off, and he gave her his phone without the battery, what would you do? She doesnt' have money to pay it but she thinks she should still talk to him until he pays the bill and then tell him to go away??

Well first of all she should just tell him to leave and then find a way to pay for the bill herself.....

She needs to learn a lesson from this.... keep her account SEPARATE from everyone else's, including her boyfriend.
If she doesn't have a job and can't afford to pay for a cell phone service, then she doesn't need one. Maybe she could think about actually working.
