Chilling details about Baby Grace's cause of death have been found out. The mother and step father have admitted to beating the child with leather belts, and held her head down under water in the bathtub. Then the mother said that the step father threw baby Grace (known as little Ann Riley)across the room and her head was smashed into the tile floor.
Why is it that they were not charged with Capitol Murder??? Do you think the charges will be upgraded to Capitol Murder instead of Injury to a child? If it were a minority do you think they would have been charged with capitol murder, or would it be the same outcome?

To answer this question, the abuse that poor little Riley Ann Sawyers endured for 4 months will be admitted and used to try these two sick azz net-nerds with capitol murder. as far as Robert Sawyers, Riley's father, he did absolutely nothing wrong in this case and will not be charged with anything. Kimberly Dawn Trenor and Royce Clyde Zeigler II are the World of Warcraft playing gamer-geek pedophiles that committed this attrocious act and will burn in hell for eternity, after being raped and stabbed in prison...I can't wait.

They will probably be charged with additional crimes when the investigation is completed, but probably not Capitol Murder. To get a Capitol Murder conviction, the prosecutor must prove premeditation...that is, that the perpetrator decided AHEAD of time, and made plans to murder the victim. It just can't be proven here, unfortunately. The best we can hope for probably is negligent homicide.

Chances are the charges will be upgraded once this is turned over to the Grand Jury after their confessions have been proven accurate or theyll walk out of this scott free. But in the meantime, these charge will hold them in the system so they dont disappear. The authorities must feel something is missing or not totally on the up and up, or they would have been charged with the higher crime. Time will tell. Sometimes in law enforcement,as in life, not everything is as it appears

I don't know. But I hope the charges are increase. Time will tell. It's despicable. Those people deserve the worst. The father should be charged as well as he seems like no prize.
But I'm sure that can't happen.
