I have two thoughts.
1. If there is a difference between a "relationship consultant" and a busybody, I don't know what the difference is.
2. Just because someone represents himself or herself as an expert does not mean that he or she necessarily is one. (Sorry Chris--I was not directing my comment at you--your answer wasn't even up when I wrote this)
I would suggest that you just ask your question here. You will be able to choose, from a variety of perspectives, what is the best course of action for you.
