I am 21 year old college student we have a three month old boy. Which I love so much. But right know I am in the point of saying f-------- it and getting a divorce. Taking care of my son and living the single life. The spark in are relationshp has died.She do not trust me and it is driving me crazy. Should i make it work just for my boy. Or should I just forget about it. I been so used of doing my own thing my entire life. I feel that I said I do just for the kid. Who ever have a good answer to that hit me back.

Who has power to decide in NYS over a deceased family members burial/funeral if they left no will but verbally expressed their wishes? If the family members can't agree who gets to make the decision? Do the son/daughter of deceased or the brother/sister of deceaded get to make the decision?

my husband went to work out of town, him and the guys went to the strip club, wich i think is no big deal. until he tells me how he has the smell of **** in his mouth and down his throat all day from the nite before thats why he didnt call home because he was busy sucking **** all nite. last week i got all ready to go out he came home at 1 am drunk and said he knows he isnt a good husband for me and that i can file for a divorce if i want to. so what do you think???? does he want a divorce and isnt man enough to just say so or what???

i had dream last night about this girl im so in love with thats always playing games with me..we where in a car backing out of a drive way..i went forward on accident and crashed into the garage...but than backed up out of the drive way and drove away..than we came back to get another car..when we got back she decided she had to leave instead of going on our walk at the beach....in reality ive been chasing this girl who i dated for 2 moths..im so in love with her..but she just plays games with me..when we talk things go great..but shes always to busy to hang out..i saw her for the first time in a moth 2 nights ago..she wouldnt even come in my aprtmnt. we had 1 cig and she was gone..i text her today that it was good to see her and got no response..in my dream i felt exactly how she makes me feel..i felt that i was in a rush to get out of the driveway because if we stayed to long she might leave...than i treid to hard to get out of the driveway..and crashed.does this mean anything??

its that i just dont like going to family get togeters where theres no one under 40 there (im 17). plus i got go out that much....i have work and and sixth form , also im going to uni as well if im accepted. but i still have a nagging feeling that im not doing much with my life.most my friends from high school have moved on but the few that i do keep in contact have a social life of thier own and i feel lefted out yet i dont want to seem clingy at the same time. what should i do?

We have been together for nearly 5 yrs, 2 happy kids together..She's 23, Im 28. I told her I wanted to wait to get married because when she turns 23 she will go through a phase where she doesnt want to be tied down.. exactly what's happening now. Sex is like once a month, I am understanding, honest, and have never cheated. I love my kids, and put my families needs before mine, but she says she is going crazy and cant take fighting, when she starts the fights?!? I want to go out and have fun too, but one child has medical needs, and getting a babysitter is not easy. I also went from making over $100K/yr to less than $40K after business crashed and lost everything, but working so hard to rebuild for my family. I never go out, and am always there for my family, andspend all my off time with them. She isnt superficial, so its not the lifestyle that is getting to her, its being with me and I can tell. I dont want live w/o my kids, and want to make it work. What to do??

i do love her by the way...but we have a distance relationship, we only see each other at the end of each week, sometimes 2 weeks

and, i now feel that i would also like to explore other girls body..it's a difficult thing to deal with, it's like trying to fight back with your own nature or instinct...altought i did never and will NEVER betray her.. what if we BOTH could find a way to explore more? I know she's not interested... but i am i guess...maybe just massaging other girls booty with my hands..i love it. So, if i told her i would love to touch other girls....would i regret? I would, woudn't I? im have 25 she has 19 years old....

I just don't want to look back a few years from now and think that i have lost all these opportunities to be with other girls

Maybe im being selfish, or,i dont' know,what do you think?

my bf & i have been together for almost 4 years now & we have talked about getting married or atleast gettin engaged...we are starting to put money away to buy his grandparents house we just bought him a newer car mines coming soon...i was a kinda joking kinda not & picked out a ring he just said yea i will look at it and thats all but he seems as if he has no interest (they ring wasn't anything he couldn't afford either and i love it its maybe one pay check)
im ready to not just be a "gf" any more i have alot of friends that hare already married or getting married soon that have been going out alot less time then we have its starting to bug me like he really doesn't want to...i just dont' want to put money & time into a relationship & then a house if its gonna be for some other girl down the road

if i ask him about it he changes the subject...his family even said hes taken forever

so my question is how long would you wait to get married or engaged?

I know there is not such a thing 'perfect marriage'. I am sure everyone deal with different problems in a marriage.
Are you happy with your marriage and how you try to make it work when there are problems? What are the problems you deal more with?
I always have problems dealing with my husband when is about sex. Not filling eachother needs enough. I am younger, I want more. He is older than me so he wants less. The rest is actually perfect in my marriage.

Okay! I'm 19 years of age and is engage to my wonderful fiance; who I been with for the past two years. He is a ceo of his online company and I'm a student at college going for my bachlors in physcicology. He is 20 and I'm 19 as I stated. We are planning to buy Our first dream house which is a half of million dollars. 500k! I yes we could afford it becaus ehis income is well over 200,000 a year. The problem I have is I was raise on a single parent paycheck to paycheck with my mom and now my fiance is makeing all this money and we are about to get married and move into this house, I feel like i'm being lazy. Am I being lazy? He says I don't have to work, but I also go to school online, we have no kids and hardly any debt. Should I work? I never work a day in my life and couldn't tell you what work is. I don't have that ego that most women have to be independent to poves something and don't plan to! don't need to prove anything to anyone because if chips fall down I have my degree.

My boyfriend and I broke up 2 months ago because of arguing and me taking him for granted. He really wanted to stay friends and keep me in his life and maybe sort things out. He talked to me every day and when there was a party with our mutual friends we'd hang out there. Things were good. Then I find out one of his coworkers who likes him who he is not attracted to knew about our break up before us, so I said to him you care about her more. This sent him off the edge and we havent spoken since. I keep beating myself up about it and tell my friends im horrible. They keep saying im not because if I was I wouldnt still feel guilty about after a month. I dont know what to do at all and every day gets harder, not easiar, please help me out?

i'm nervous because i make 600 a week at my job plus my first husband pays 93 aweek child support. They used to set an amount of child support based on the fathers income only. I think this is so unfair that a child should get less support because a moms income is higher> i make decent money but I'm by no means rich 700 hundred a week sounds like a lot but not when you pay 63 dollars heath insurance deducted straight from check weekly 100 car payment weekly 175 dollars daycare payment weekly that leaves 300 dollars a week or less for bills and all the other stuff!If you think of it this way If you look at it this way making 700 weekly if i had a husband we would be like we each make 350 a week which is nothing. It's almost like your getting penalized as a child in a divorce because your mom makes more money why should you get less if you still need it. It's the same idea that rich people should have to pay higher taxes to me it's unfair!
