Hi,
I got married on 6th May, 2007 and want to get it registered.
I belong to Yamunanagar district in Haryana and marriage took place at Barara district Ambala.

I went to tehsil in Barara to get my marriage registered last week and I was told by the Tehisldar to go to the sub-tehsil at Mulana as the residence address of my wife (before marriage) comes under that sub tehsil. And, there again we were asked to go back to barara Tehsil as place of marriage is at barara.

I came to know from some clerk there that there was a circular few months back stating that, marriage should be registered only at the place where it was solemnised, but Tehsildar was not convinced.

I need to know the law regarding this and also from where can I get that circular/notification copy to show to the tehsildar and avoid further harrassment.

i have been with my boyfriend for nearly 9 years and have 4 fantastic kids
my fella recently got in touch with an old flame from years ago and the have been chatting online for a while (i had no problem with this at all the were together about 14 years ago) i have spoken to her a few times but the other night he slipped up and told me he still had feelings for this girl i was a bit gobsmaked and put out and hetried to reasure me that it was only a what if thing i tried to forget it but he now tells me she feels the same and that they have said that if they are ever single in the future they will meet up! (she is married with kids)
now they have started texting each other all day then chatting online at night i tried talking to him and he said that ive no reason to worry cos hes not going anywhere and they just needed to get things out in the open so they can get on with being friends i am so confused about what going on in his head and he just tells me nothing when i ask any ideas?

Me and this guy aren't official yet but we pretty much are together.He is 3 hrs away which is why he doesn't want to make it official until were close enough too.He tells me "what if I want to hang out with someone and go to the movies ect. he says its not a sexual thing more so a friendship cause he doesnt know anyone..am I wrong for not wanting this?I told him I know what "hanging out" leads too..He says its not like that ..I tried to say what if it was me wanting to do it and he said I would say if it makes you happy..and then he ends it with I dont even know what I am asking because I want do it because even if I wanted too I feel like I am cheating on you..I said wtf I dont understand what ur wanting from me..he says to make me not feel like I am going to break your heart if I do it.. does anyone have a clue what is going on here??Should I just let him go with other people to places and stuff? Proverbs 31 tells us about the ideal woman, wife and mother. i always told myself before marriage that when i meet that special person and marry him i will be that ideal woman. but since ive been married i really struggled to balance everything.
i shudder to think what will happen if kids is added. one has to work, because you need money, then when you come home prepare food, clean the house, do the washing and dishes ect ect it never stops. at night im just to tired to stay awake and be intimate with my hubby as well...can anyone help me in trying to get the hang of this. ive been married for 2 and a half years and im 23.

There is a girl on a dating site and She lives in the same town as me and she looks like some one who worked at mc donalds were I work. If so, what's the details? Heres mine: My daughter and I was at the beach on the boardwalk looking through the pay binoculars along with several other strangers doing the same. I felt this fart coming on that I thought I could crack off silently, but it came out sounding like a foghorn. Immediately I heard the woman on the binoculars next to me yell out "RICHARD!!!!!!" at her son, He shouted, "it wasn't me" then she said "well who was it then". Then Richard said while pointing at my daughter "maybe it was her". My daughter looked at him like Yeah Right! Then the woman grabbed her son's hand and walked away while saying "you're always embarrassing me."

My mother-in-law hit our car and there is about $1000 worth of damage. My father-in-law is dragging his feet paying us....he is saying "i'm not sure if I'm going through insurance or out-of-pocket." Basically he keeps flip-flopping back and forth.

I want to be fair to my wife because she is handling this, but I also want our car fixed. The accident happened almost 3 months ago and it is still not fixed, and he has not paid us. One other thing to add is they took on two mortgages....so they are a little tight right now...but really, that is a choice that he made...call me hard-hearted.

What can I do or say that is diplomatic that will get results, get the money for the repair, maintain my relationship with my wife, and move on with our lives.?

I love these kids you know the relationship between fathers and their daughters. My wife is expecting twins and we have a daughter who will be turning three on Christmas. She knew of these kids before i married her. I am currently looking after her blood sister so I was expecting that she would understand that these kids deserve their fatherly love. My bf sent me a heartbreaking breakup email 2days ago saying i was demanding, controlling and high maintenance woman. he said i'd make a gd gf but not as a potential wife for him. He said i pressure him, never cared about his feelings and am selfish most of the time. My boyfriend has always been a bit controlling - nothing too serious just always calling me, checking I am home safely etc.
He has always controlled our sex life - and it has always bothered me ( we only have it when he wants it). Anyway lately we haven't been havin much at all - he says he is tired all the time/ doesn't feel like it. He also has a problem with telling me he loves me. So I have been feeling totally dejected of late. I talked to him about it the other nite - said he was making me feel bad about myself. Was it me? Did he not find me attractive anymore? I offered him the chance to end the relationship and just be friends. He said no way. The next day he was the best boyfriend in the world, went shopping, cooked me lunch in my break from work, told me "I'm the best" , showered me with kisses, sent me loving texts.
