so, there is this guy that i like a lot. i THOUGHT he liked me because we made out last month and he always invites me places and playes with my hand and today he put his head on my sholder on the bus and when i got off, my friend told me that he smiled, turned to her and said "she's very pretty."

then, we were on msn talking and he was like "can i tell you something, i think i like 'allie', but don't tell her because i want to tell her. i just wanna see where this goes" (allie is one of my best friends...)

my heart was broken and i don't know what to think. why is he giving me these messages?? he said he has liked her for about 2 weeks and has been flirting with my for a few months... please help... with ANYTHING! thanks =)

hi all. okay so tonight i did somethingi know was very very stupid. i had sex w my ex. it was unprotected and he may have came a little inside me. the thing is is my period is due in about 5 er 6 days so its not really the time period. so what are the chances of me getting pregnant from this?

After months of horrible, untrue allegations in a custody battle, my ex filed an emergency restraining order for me AGAINST my own children. The courts granted it!! I have not yet been allowed to present one shred of evidence to the judge... I'm terrified for my kids, as he doesn't even know the basics of child-rearing. After tomorrow, I have no idea when I'll be able to see or talk to them again. My lawyer is no help.....she hardly returns calls, completely unorganized, etc...My $5000 retainer has run out, I have no money left to hire new counsel. I can't believe this is happening! What kind of world do we live in when a man can leave his wife and children for another woman, legally assault and harrass his ex through the courts, and take the children when he's had no interest in them other than the past year? They are 7,5,and 3, I have been a stay at home mom since the day they were born. I was granted physical custody of them thru the divorce, he has weekends. What can I do?

He constantly says things like "it's MY money" and "well I will just take you off of MY account" and "it's MY name on the pay check, you dont work for the money." and when I go out and spend, any amount at all really that isnt for bills or groceries he gets upset, yet every time I look at the bank account info I find yet ANOTHER stupid purchase. THe latest was an E book on how to gain muscle mass for 47 bucks! WHY is it that I cannot buy myself a winter coat that i really really NEED ( becase according to him "we really cant afford it" )and he can buy that? How do I get him to share fairly? I am trying to find a job yself but with a 2 year old and a 3 week old child care is just more expensive than we can really afford, even with me working.

I am married for 1 year.. Mine is love marriage.. I had a nice time till 2 months.. Problems have started frm then.. My husband has started spying me and started behaving in a weird manner. He says he is always busy with work and does not have time for me... I have spent only 5 months with my hubby coz he is always busy in business trips and leaves me in my mom's place.. Now he is abroad and he has left me in India.. Now he says he wants to get seprated from me and does not want to see my face also. I am really worrired.. he has not sent a visa also for me.. my 94 yr old father has a serious brain injury complicated by alzhiemers disease and my 89 yr old mother is in a nursing home recouperating from a fractured hip bone,heres the problem,with my father the way he is and no one home but me should my brother look into getting a nurses aide to help me cope with my fathers illness? i think so,but my brothers excuse for not getting one is this" your living home with dad,therefor you take care of him"! whos right? i feel that dad is getting to be a little cantankerous and he looses things and is constantly misplacing utensils parts of coffee pots,address books,i end up in a big argument with dad,i tell him where did you put the address book and i get a stupid answer.he always denys loosing things and blames me!what can be done,im slowly loosing my patience!

My partner and I have been on a long distance relationship for the past year and at the end of August I moved in with him to get closer and at the same time go to college here. He lives in Pittsburgh and I live in New York. This is my first love and I really do love my partner a lot. But I've heard the stories that when relationships move in together, they tend to fight a lot. And yeah I agree with that. At least a few times during a week we would argue a lot and the results would just lead me to tears. There were also times that he would yell at me to pack up my stuff and drive back home.

At one point he was really sorry and I asked him to promise me not to kick me out. Later on we would continue the fighting and he still told me to get out of his house. So it's two and a half weeks left for the fall semester and I'm stuck with an ultimatum: stay here for the next semester or go back home? My partner said that he would break up with me if I l went back home. Please help me!

Okay there is this guy I know and we are kind of friends, but not at the same time.
We talk as friends, but don't hang out out of school very often at all.
Anyways, He's one of my best friend's best friend. And I think he likes me, but he sends mixed signals.
In class, I notice he'll sometimes look at me, and when we catch each other looking we don't always turn away sometimes we just kinda smile then look away.
And alot of times in class he'll say something outloud and I'll laugh and he'll look at me and we'll do that smiling thing again.
And when we are with a group of people he seems to direct jokes at me, but not all the time. And one time I was with my best friend [who he dosent like all that much] and her boyfriend [who he dosent really know] and he was talking to us the whole time, but it was mainly me he was talking to.
But sometimes I'll see him in the halls at school and we'll see each other and talk, and other times we walk past each other and he dosent even look at

Men are so scared of their feelings and what their friends think, that they can really mess up a good thing. No matter how old they are, they still care about getting a trophy. Married for 12 years and still have to compete with his friends and what they tell him. Even if I move on and get a new guy, he still will play games.

Everytime my husband goes around his family he lies. He hangs out at clubs w/ his sister. He lies when he goes over to his father's house. The more he lies the more I cannot stand it!!! I have tried to talk to him about it but he dosen't care. He just says I will get mad. When I tell him if he would lie to me he just says "whatever". What should I do?

Okay, here it is:

I am 30 yrs old & currently living at home with my father. A few months back, I asked my husband to move out because we were having problems. He was never home, stayed out late & came home drunk from time to time. Eventually we will divorce but here is the root of my problem. We always lived with my dad because were saving to buy a house. When I realized how unhappy we might be, I asked him to leave. We split our joint acct evenly but I flew through that money paying bills. I have no real way to save money because now I'm going half with my dad on the rent. I feel trapped. I thought about taking out a loan to facilitate a real move- out of state perhaps for a fresh start, but I don't need more debt. I partly blame my father because he always wanted me close by & that's some of the reason why my husband stayed out so much. I am miserable. I'm often at the mercy of whoever comes over for my dad because I have nowhere else to go. I'm losing my mind. Any advice?

I have a 4 year old daughter and it seems like the closer me and my boyfriend get, the farther away from my daughter he gets. He was SO good with her in the beginning of our relationship and she loves him to death but as time goes on he seems more and more uncomfortable around her. Like she goes to kiss him on the cheek and he tells her that she can't and he actually mentioned one time that he likes it when we go home after a few hours of the 3 of us. Since he said that, it made me pulll back from him 10 folds.We had just gotten a joint savings account to save for a wedding in the future and then he pulls this out. He also said that he is NOT ready to raise a kid anytime soon, but never wants to break up cuz he loves me too much. I feel like he loves me but is not taking to my daughter the way I think he should by now. Am I rushing things or do you agree? I don't need to get married today or tomorrow but he said he didn't see himself being a dad even in the next few years, but.....

Can someone tell me the difference between these?

This is a divorce situation in which the dad states that bonds were purchased/earned in order to PAY FOR COLLEGE, and a mom saying that they were given to the child through surveys a father participated in in thoughts of the child having the bonds as INVESTMENTS.

The lawyer is now asking... are they college bonds?
Were they listed as the child only or was a parents name listed on the bond too?

Can someone help me to understand this?

My hubby and I have been having probs! We have 3 kids together! Lately he's been talkin about divorce! He says he's been thinkin of gettin one with me! I am not sure what to say or think about this! Should I suggest marriage counceling? He rarely ever talks to me! He's more worried about his best friends (a girl) problems with her and her hubby rather than gettin ours taken care of! im almost 16 and shes 45.. she drinks alot of popov vodka everyday andwont admit it .. shes fine all day the around 6 she just slowly becomes drunk.. my whoel family knows about it but she wont talk about it. if i try and talk to her when shes sober she just trys to change the subject or just stops talking to me and gets mad if i talk to her when shes drunk she acts like a jackass and just says im drinking water and im fine and stupid stuff liek that when its 100% obvious shes drunk..so i can talk to her about it and she hides the vodka throughout my house..its a big house but i have found it a couple of times and dumped it out.. im not sure if i should do something or just let her live her life how shes wants something i noticed is before maybe 2 years ago she would buy vodka in the store while i was sith her and she would acually drive with it and drink it and i would be like can i have a drink of your water and she would say ya and i would drink it and be like ew..add details

Ok soo here i go i used to date this guy who i really liked i did a dumbass thing and dumped him for his friend it dident work out but he was dating someone else soo it wouldnt work then i moved....a while later my best friend who lived about 6 states away from him started dating him it was a long distance thing and i told her i dident want her to cause i still liked him and he was my x bf and she was my best friend wellllll
