My partner and I have been on a long distance relationship for the past year and at the end of August I moved in with him to get closer and at the same time go to college here. He lives in Pittsburgh and I live in New York. This is my first love and I really do love my partner a lot. But I've heard the stories that when relationships move in together, they tend to fight a lot. And yeah I agree with that. At least a few times during a week we would argue a lot and the results would just lead me to tears. There were also times that he would yell at me to pack up my stuff and drive back home.

At one point he was really sorry and I asked him to promise me not to kick me out. Later on we would continue the fighting and he still told me to get out of his house. So it's two and a half weeks left for the fall semester and I'm stuck with an ultimatum: stay here for the next semester or go back home? My partner said that he would break up with me if I l went back home. Please help me!

okay first off thats a good question and if he loved you he wouldn't give you an ultimatum he would stay with you if you went home...it isn't healthy for him to act like that he is trying to control you but if its your choice then you should think on it and don't make a decision like that when your angry....i really hope that helps

Don't dump this decision on us. Be a man and make up your own mind.

Good luck.
