Sounds like the Salvation Army may be able to help you out, if there is one in your area. Expect to work, the Salvation Army does not take in lazy people.

I am so sorry sir..u are going through this yes it is out there . One of my brothers went through that and it was horrible and yes it is a shame but men can also be abused and most do not say a thing out of "shame" sorry for all the stupid "grow some B___s remarks " ignorance on behalf of those people. Anyway the best thing you can do is call the police next time she abuses you and file domestic violence charges and they throw the books at the abuser and make plans to get out asap and start new life this is not the way to live "for anyone"!!! The abuser if u do not move out but for a while till things cool down later after u call police they will think "twice" before they abuse u again or verbally abuse u if need be stay with family. There is also a protective order if u are moving out . I hope and pray God will guide u and do ask Him for help he knows and is there for you . May u be blessed

I would say a battered women's shelter, but they probably wouldn't take your seriously for the most part. Try enough of them, you might find someone who will listen and treat your situation with the gravity it deserves.

Guys can also call the shelters for women in my area. It's a lot harder for them to get in and to prove that they don't have any where else to go though.

Cal the police departement and ask them if they have any numbers that you could call to get help with your situation. I don't think that is right, men should have equal rights for situations like this. Women are not ALWAYS the victims! Good Luck

Contact your local police or sheriffs office and ask, many larger cities now have selters for men, or the salvation army can help sometimes. I know they have a shelter for men in Empria ks and wichita ks and kansas city.

I am afraid all you have to turn to is a homeless shelter... at least in this state.

It is always best that you get out of there.

Good luck.
