Help! What should i do? im really confuse...Shld i give my bf a 2nd chance?

My bf sent me a heartbreaking breakup email 2days ago saying i was demanding, controlling and high maintenance woman. he said i'd make a gd gf but not as a potential wife for him. He said i pressure him, never cared about his feelings and am selfish most of the time. And lastly he told me to go back to my ex of 4yrs whom he knows i still hv feelings for coz i keep comparing both of them and kept talking about my ex lately. so he's sick of the comparison. he said no man lykes to be compared. to cut short he totally expressed his hearts out thru the email with all my negativity. He juz couldnt say all the nasty things right on my face. And then i called him to clarify about the breakup and then i defended myself. Then i ask "do you really want to breakup with me"? he said "No". i was confused. He then regret asking for breakup and said he's sorry about the email. he beg not to leave him and he said he loves me and i make him happy and that some of the things he said on email were untrue.

Girl u betta give him a 2nd chance cause if he didn't love u then he wouldn't had start aplogizing at the end. But I think y'all 2 should sit down face to face and talk about y'all relationship. And u need to work on your wayz of being in a relationship and he can help if he really love u then he would. But just talk to him face 2 face and go from there.
