My son Sky will be 3 months on the 24th of this month and his father after kicking us out of our home, came three weeks ago to the place where I am living at now, wanting to take him for the day. Should I have let him go with his dad? I feel that he is too young yet. plus, I dont trust him with him bringing him back.

Ask your lawyer. I wouldn't hand over a baby who's father didn't give a rats *ss about what was going to happen to him when he threw him out. Hindsight, don't have babies with men like this.

That is a decision for the courts. The baby is his son also, and unless you have good verifiable reason to be concerned it is better to live in peace and be at the very least civil about this.
Don't stir up trouble where there is none. If the two of you couldn't get along that shouldn't be the child's burden to bear.
If on the other hand the father is living in such a way as to be a danger to his son, then you have the responsibility to have the law on your side, limiting his visitation and the parameters which Sky's father has to follow in order to see him.
Remember it is just as important for Sky to bond with his father as it is important for Sky to bond with you.

unless he isn't the father on the birth certificate... he can take the child anywhere he wants, maybe you need to reconsile with him and raise this child with 2 parents, as it should be.
