Well if I'm not at home, I call her on my cell phone, otherwise if we are at home, I call her hunny, or sweetheart, or beautiful, or by her name.

I think you mean "what" not "how" because how would always be by phone -- how else can you CALL someone?

What I call my wife is her name, or Sweetie.

I call my husband, Jeff Colin and he calls me, Jeff Colin. (Neither of our names though - just one of those quirky habits!!) lol

some time I yell out to her (that if she in the other room). if she gone to the store I call her cell phone. if I am angry at her I used smoke signals!!
