So me and my boyfriend have been living together for 2 years, he is currently building a house for us. I thought we were at that stage where he would ask me to marry him soon. Last night her told me that a friend of ours is going to propose to his girlfriend (they are the only friends of ours other than us who are not engaged or married) I found myself not be happy for them but angry and jealous. I just thought it would be my turn next, and I'm starting to feel like he is never going to propose to me. We talk about it from time to time and he says he does want to marry me. I dont want to pressure him by bringing it up but how do I stop being angry about this and jealous?

My guy swears he would die for me because he loves me so much. His actions contradict his words. He is forever looking and watching other women, especially blondes, with this **** eating grin on his face. I am not referring to a glimpse at an attractive woman, but to sit and watch, ignoring me. At minimum, I find this disrespectful. I guess, where is the line drawn? What are the thoughts provoking the facial expressions? AM I just stupid???

Me and my bf have been together for 11 months now. His ex-wife told him to get out last year so he left the marital home and his 3 kids although they live just down the road from where he is living now.
She likes to try and cause problems re the whole me, him and his kids. often she won't allow him to see his kids if she suspects i will be there even though i get on very well with all of them.
In december we are planning a trip to see his parents and family who live in scotland which is a long way from where we live now ( we don't live together as yet) and he plans to take his kids with him so they can see there grandparents whom they don't see very often.
So, bearing in mind we have now been together for 11 months and the fact she didn't want him anyway, does she continue to try and control him through his kids?
She says that they don't want me to go when we both now that its probably her not wanting me to go.

I'm just wondering how long this is going to last for?!

Ok yes, I know an open marriage doesn't work for everyone, but it works for me and my husband. I have a male friend (That is also in an open relationship) that is very close to both of us, and I am very attracted to him. My husband knows and is ok with it. My problem is that my friend has stood me up 4 times and he say's that he really wants to make things happens. Do I give him another change or do I cut my loses? Yes there are feelings between us, but I don't want to waste my time if it will never work out... What do you think?

Father in law emptied out bank accounts illegally (son was left everything and is exector of will) we cannot afford constant legal battles. Can we have father arrested for this? Mother in law knew this might happen....hence why she didn't leave her spouse anything. This is in georgia.

im a 17 year old girl
few years ago, my grandma(lived with for about 13 years) asked me if i did anything else that she doesn't know because at that time, she found out that i was working out at the gym without her permission i was 13 or 14
this comes to my mind now and ive been always(most of the times) guilty about masturbating with bananas, objects, and rolled napkin
i think i told her that i did nothing else she doesn't know, maybe i didn't think about masturbating when i answered
what if i said no while knowing that i was masturbating, then is that lying?
should i tell her now?
i also masturbated without using these once a few weeks ago
do i have a serious obsessive compulsive disorder
my grandma is better than a mom to me
also i really don't want to tell her, but something always bothers me
i was underaged when this happened, so i feel that she has the right to know; however, she's a very religious, hygenic person and i think she's really against this stuff

If you are basically living with your girlfriend, see her 7 days a week (and you both don’t mind it either), is it possible they can still cheat? Meaning, can they still sneak around. Now I know about the whole lunchtime thing and working late, but what about them faking be sick and staying home from work?...What about ex’s?...her ex-hubby?...how do I know if she has emotional detachment from me?...less “I Love you’s?”…any help people!!!!....please!...what signs should I look for given my situation???

Is anyone engaged in a religious marriage, but not a secular marriage? It seems that for many older heterosexual couples, that a religious marriage for emotional reasons, but just living together for secular reasons would be a very good arrangement. You would have the emotional bonding, but not have to "mix your money and assets". What do you think?

He talks with her and about her alot. Yet, on the other hand he IS telling me these things. He even tells me that people at his work "sarcastically" call her his girlfriend. I visited the office one day and she was very nice, but would hardly even look at me. When she was talking, even to me, it was him she was looking at.

I forwarded him a funny email which he forwarded to other guys at work, but when he forwarded it to her he removed my heading and stuff, making it look like he just forwarded it to her (sans my name on it). Yet, he told me this.

I do not think he is "cheating" since he is very dutifully home on time, and even is in his office at lunch. But he does tell me how she says that she and he should go on a business trip together. (He told me this, laughing saying 'yeah right!') She is an office flirt who uses her charms to get her way (according to him), but I fear she is using her charms on my husband (who would be very very flattered by this).

My mom, whenever she has a "new"friend seems to take that friend over family. My son turned 7 monday and she never called to tell him happy birthday, she hasn't called me in 3 days and won't either. When I call her I feel so strange, like we are strangers. I don't know what to say to her. She atarted going to church and everything is just that, she only speaks to my oldest daughter who is 10 because she wants to take her to church,I have nothing against church. I however hate this feeling of lonliness I am getting from her. She came here for thanksgiving and left right after eating, she left right from the table, people were still sitting. I am feeling used, and I have told her this, she of course denies it. Ever since she started with this church she is not the same towards me.

I believe in past lives and ghosts and she said the church says that people who deal in that belief are corrupted. She called me corrupted, and really tried denying she said that.

All I have ever wanted was to be a mother to 4 children. My husband knew this and one day promised me that this would happen. However my husband insists that I have a constant full time job. We already have 2 girls whom I love, but were not planned, and I would love to try for another. When I lost my job that I had to get because my husband got layed off from his, I put my foot down and told him that it was his job to be the provider. Since then he has completely changed his mind about having more kids and told me under no circumstance could we have any more. This hurts me very deeply and he knows. I can't even look at another baby without wanting to cry. He is so serious about this that the issue of divorce has actually come up. I am having a hard time getting past this. I know I love him and he loves me. I am not sure I could live without out him, but I resent him now and I am afraid this will hurt our marriage in the long run as well. Is this something I should just get past?

Last weekend, my ex-husband and I got into a verbal argument outside of my apartment and my boyfriend came to the door and told him to 'get the f*** out of here'....My x-husband took his gun out of it's holster and although he did not point it directly at my bf, he threatened to shoot him. My bf slammed the door and called the police. Now my ex-husband definitely has some anger issues and I sincerely do not think that he should posess a gun except when on duty (he's a corrections officer). His mother called me yesterday about both him and her seeing our 4 yr old daughter but knowing that he's carrying that thing around when my daughter is present bothers me not so much of what something he'd do to her but rather something that he might do around her if he's set off. Do you think there is a way for my to allow his mother to see her this weekend or should I wait? My bf is pressing charges so hopefully something is done where he can only have is gun at work...He has threatened me before 2

When I was 17, my teacher of literature asked me and my friend to substitute her for one lesson for the 12 year old kids. We agreed, and most of the kids didn't listen to us, but there was one guy, who was very sweet: behaved really well, and did all what we asked him to do. In a couple of days he came up to us and gave us a chocolate each as a present. Then he ran away because he was too shy:) Now, after 5 years we meet, and he still remembers me. He's grown up, really handsome and as nice as he used to be:) I feel a soft spot for him now...Weird?:)

I know they like other things too, but I was wondering if they like balloons too?

Does it make them feel special to have about a dozen balloons delivered to them at work on their Bday?
