I know they like other things too, but I was wondering if they like balloons too?
Does it make them feel special to have about a dozen balloons delivered to them at work on their Bday?

i STRONGLY advise against it!! it will be ultimately embarrassing for him and he will be teased forever for this regardless if he actually likes it or not. I'd go with the latter for 99.9% of all guys

No it would look seriously gay... I mean the thought is nice i am sure he would feel special but imagine him walking home with them he would look like a t.it,,,, No offence its just my opinion!!!
get something manly like a crow bar or a power tool !!! or a dozen pink roses

yup they sure do.
But not all of them. only if they are sensitive and quite soft in nature. the rough and toughs generally don't bother that much.
