I think one thing you can do is look at these problems. do they belong to YOU or are they just issues which belong to others?

We have to take care of ourselves first, and worrying about other people's stuff isn't healthy -- besides, what can you do for others? Not much --

You can be supportive when you want to, and you can also help others if you feel like it. If you do not, say NO. I do, and it's very healthy.

You can exercise, or walk every day to destress. Brisk walking is especially good -- you get out, clear your mind, burn some calories and also your brain releases endorphins which are hormones that give us a lift.

It's cheaper than a vacation too! Take care of YOU first, and foremost.

Find out what is close... Take a road trip and go camping. Most you'll end up spending is probably $200.00 for a weekend, and that is fo food, camping fees, parking fees and such.

Or hit up the beach. It is always nice to go kick your shoes off and listen to the most relaxing sounds ever.

Or, have a girls night. Have them spend the night at someones house. Y'all can rent movies, pop popcorn, do make overs, etc... I know it was SO much fun when we were kids.

I really hate to be annoying - but there is nothing like a nice long run (or as far as you can go!) Gets the blood pumping and clears your head too . . .

The best way is to put on your favourite music - put on your sexiest outfit,turn down the light - get into those steps - shout it out "yeah am the best unhun unhun !!!! " can you feel it already - it is coming from you and you are the best - no one can beat it!!!!

Get a bunch of your female friends, see a good movie and get some ice cream. Gossip, joke, whatever you do.
