he should call the clerk of court and the child support office where it is being handled. they may do the motion for him, at the worst he could type up a motion to stop paying.

If he is paying through the courts, then he will get a letter stating when the child support payments stop. However, since she is living with him, he needs to petition the courts to change the child support arrangement.

Yes, in the divorce decree it states a termination date.If the child is living with him he should not have to pay.He should contact his Attorney.He may have a right to take Ex-Wife back to court minus an Attorney.Child support in my State is until 18 or age 22-23 if full time student.

Have him see an attorney and right now! I paid until one child was 22 and one 24, both were married and both had children of their own! Don't count on the child support office to do anything about it, either! they will not,

If he owes back support, that still needs to be paid to the ex. If the girl is still in school full-time, the ex should be paying the dad. The dad would need to call the FOC and talk to them.

It depends upon the state-- some states just stop the child support automatically- if there are no arrears... if there are arrears(back child support that wasn't paid)...
otherstates require you to request it to stop.
he might have to: 1. callthe child support office.
2. call the place that does the child support.
