Is 5 inches too short? What would your reaction be if you went home one night with a guy and then found out?

Been married for 6yr have 3 kids, well over the years we have had violence on his part just yesterday he spit in my face and I had enough and I hauled off and kicked and punched him, I left with my son (other two are in school) and he called the cops and file charges I went to the court house yesterday to talk to them about getting him out of the house getting a restraining order etc. Basically the judge laughed in my face and told me I assulated him and I have no proof he spit in my face and since they have came to my house before and they have record I still shouldnt of hit him so no restraing order and they told me to stay in a shelter tell I get it toghter.. I went down to my landlord and he told me he wont take my husband off the lease cause if he have to go to court to pay the rent both our names have to be on there, but he did tell me to change the locks so my husband can't get in..

My ? is can I do that without getting in trouble with the cops again?

ok, big problem. I have a boyfriend of 3years love him so much but there are many things that he does or doesn't do that bother me not just little silly things but things that are important to me. Other guy is new very cute, does the things my boyfriend doesn't has the same interests as me etc. i have made the mistake of sleepin with this guy and that has made things even more difficult i know, im a bad person but now i don't know what to do. i love my boyfriend but there are so many downs and this other guy and i really click.. please give me advice as to what i should do.....PLEASE

My boyfriend likes to go to this bar after work sometimes. I sometimes think that he's cheating on me. My friend's cousin was in town and she is gorgeous. Anyway I asked her to got to bar and flirt with him or something to see if he would like flirt back or something. She went there and came back within like 30 min.....she said she sat next to him at the bar and he looked at her, just kept minding his own business. We have been playing an online game for sometime now and recently this woman she also is married with kids heavily flirts with my husband online! This is driving me crazy, he had previously told me when it started up that he is not going to let this happen not to worry I am his wife. Well, next year I'm going to college. All my life, it was a general truth that I'm going to a college near where I live. But right now, I feel as if I want to be on my own feet, to finally start living independently; I feel that I want a new start, new everything. I wanna get away from a lot of stuff and people that I'm gonna be stuck with if i go to the college near home.

So, I'm seriously thinking about going to this college far away from home, as in an 8-hour train ride.

From how I know my parents, they're gonna take it bad. Am I selfish for wanting this?

Hello, my friend lost her job because she was a collections associate and some clients had said they had set up payments when they didn't want them. Some they did authorize, and some they did not. She was totally coperative and the boss told her that he hated to do it, and that he is glad she is fully coperating but he does have to report it to one place for bad activity. What will happen to her??She was fully cooperative and helped in anyway...and it was only going on for a matter of weeks and some weren't her fault. Please do not be rude, she is very scared and sorry for what she has done...he said they may just put her on a list to not be able to work at a bank anymore. When she was 15, she went through a difficult phase, got rebellious, messed up, joined bad crowds. She disobeyed, lied. sometimes was mean to us and to her lil sister. We had to give her a severe punishment. She apologized, but we sttuck with her punishment anyway. What made her really devastated is we told her we couldn't trust her, though she apologized and begged for our trust, and it took us some months to trust her again. This broke her spirit. Today, at 24,still single, a brilliant professional, great young woman, graduated in Chemistry, she hasn't changed her mind and still thinks we were cruel, didn't act as loving parents and no parent should ever say to their kids what we said to her. She decided to write us off her life, says we bring her sad and painful memories and she'd rather forget about her life w/ us. Actually, the last time we talked, a year ago, it was terrible. For 10 years we've been devastated, but she's an adult and I don't see any chance of reconciliation

If you would be in a marrige for sometime with kids. You come to realize that the person you've been married makes you feel like a nobofy. Likes to argue allot with the oldest kid, just because he is the parent and he (spouse) thinks everything he says is right. Trys to pick out your clothes when you go shopping. Reads your diary.

My fiance agreed to have the wedding in Mexico so all my family would be able to attend. Big church, party and family wedding is all I wanted besides the gorgeous gown, of course. Now that we are having trouble with our wedding planner and decided to fire her he seems to have changed his mind about getting married in Mexico. He feels we will get ripped off by vendors there since we dont live in the area and would have to do business over the phone and internet. I also think it is because he probably doesnt want his family going there since it is not as nice as a carribean wedding which is what he wants. The problem is I would have to change everything I have ever wanted at my wedding. I won't be able to have a church wedding or the big gown I want or have all of my family there. Not to mention the flight and hotel stay there would cost my parents alot more than a Mexico wedding. I know it should be about us being married and not the place. Should I give up my dream wedding?

My husband cheated on my 5 years ago and had a baby, I forgave him, but now he is acting secretive esp with his cellphone, and his email account, i use to have the password but now he changed it. I have asked him countless times if he wants a divorce but he says no. I also set up an email account with a fake name and emailed him as if i was intrested in him so he emailed me back and gave me his cellphone number and told me to call him during work hours so his wife(me) wouldnt find out.
