Not just talk, actually flirt.

Hi Coz!!
Invariably not! Not that "innocent flirting" should be something that you should be ashamed of, but . . . well, you know women (I mean YOU are one of that gender too, after all!!! LOL!!) . . . they can sometimes become quite sensitive about "innocent" actions, such as "flirting with some other chicks . . . " Now, if you want to get that old green eyed monster REALLY going at full revs, you should let the little lady get a whiff of you doing something like THAT!!! OMG - its like pouring petrol on fire!!! "Out in the cold with you - you philandering fornicator!!!", etc. etc. . . . LOL!!! Nope - what the eye doesn't see - the heart doesn't know!!
Ironically flirting at work is usually really quite innocent and should not only be condoned, but perhaps even actively encouraged! It builds great team spirit!!! And 99,9% of the time it truly doesn't lead anywhere . . . (Sorry girls, but that is a fact!!!)
If some guy at your workplace does flirt with you, enjoy it, but don't take it too seriously! If you are unattached, and he is likewise unattached too, you'll quickly discern the subtle difference between "innocent flirting" and "coming on to you"!, which is of-course a TOTALLY DIFFERENT BALL GAME!!!
He-he - NJoy!!!

If you are flirting with other women at work and it's harmless you should tell her but if there's a different intent behind the flirting then you shouldn't be in a relationship to begin with.

Depends,
Some flirting, especially in the work-place is
just recreational. Neither party takes it seriously,
and both parties get a little ego boost.
It just makes the day go by quicker.
You don't have to confess this sort of thing.

If either party takes it seriously, it's on the verge
of cheating, and you should stop it.
Unless something actually happens, confessing it
is just buying trouble.
