How can I forgive myself if I just have a bloody broken arm and injured eye?!!

My teenage grandson who is now 6ft + tall got into a fight with his step father. His mother can no longer deal with his attitude and has given him the boot. My x-wife is going thru rehab and cannot devote the time to his problems for very long so I was called in to help raise him.We r empty nesters and wife does not want to take a chance on the child getting into trouble while in our care. I feel the teen should have a stable environment away from the problems he encounters at home w/his mother (my daughter from a previous marriage). Come live with us at least for a little while, however, my wife must be very comfortable with the setup. We have had a tough time with our 2 children (now grown) and is once bitten twice shy. What can I do or say to help convince her that this is worth a try?...

Theres this girl that i hang out and i don't know if it's jealousy or that she just really doesn't like me but one day i came to school and i had these things that she has. alot of ppl thought they were really nice and cool and when she came up to me she was like "how cheap are they" and "they look really sh*tty" now ever since shes been acting really b*tchy towards me. we were playing softball the other day for fun and she was like hit the f***ing ball u son of a b*tch yet when the others miss shes like oh well you tried. My friends say when i'm not there she calls me 'it' and says how much she can't stand me.she constantly talks about me behind my back. No one else hates me in the group cuz i've done nothing wrong wtf's her problem?

Suppose you know this educated and classy girl will make an excellent wife and a wonderful mother. You like her much, would like to spend time with her in various occasions such as having dinner out, travelling, going to movies, or just staying home and talking about any topic which would come up. Best of all you know she will be your best friend as your lifetime partner. There is another girl who is not comparable to the first one considering the above-mentioned aspects, but you have a lot of passion for her, you are attracted to her but only and only because of her appearance, not her inside…bottom line..you can’t get her out of your mind.

If you marry the first one, would it be possible that the level of passion increase with time? We all know that physical passion will be faded after marriage, so the 2nd girl might be the wrong one.

Please tell me what you would do if you were in this situation and please in a little bit details. I hope to hear from both ladies and gents.

Hi. I am just wondering if any bride experienced a similar situation -- I am 5'5" and my fiance is 6'1", so I was planning to wear a reasonably high heel for my wedding (maybe 2 1/2 inches or so). I think I have found the perfect wedding gown, but if I order it in the regular length, it is still too long (even with a 4 inch heel). I would need to pay at least $150 to have it altered.

If I order it in the petite length, I could only wear a 1 1/2 inch heel, which means I'm saving money, but I'm stuck being short on my wedding day.

1st of all, im 12 years old. so i dont want any fricken gay comments sayin stupid stuff. mkay,
well i recentlly figured out (then my parents told me after i put the peices 2gether)that my parents are breaking up. :'(
and i cant stop crying.now my mom is going to take me out on November 3, 2007 when we r moving in febuary 2008.
i thought i got to choose who to live with.i luv my mom but well,
ever since she lost 100 pounds shesbeen acting like shes 20 (shes 43!) men always flirt with her, she thinks shes better then my dad and blames everything on everyone else!
do u have any tips about kids in divorces and tips???Also, is it just me or does it feel like when u get divorced that your parents wished they didnt haveu?

his best friend went up to me and asked me to dance with him... and so while i was dancing with his best friend he is standing there
so i go up to him and ask if he wants to dance and hes like naw
so 15 ish mins later hes standing there still and i ask if he wants to dance hes like later

later i see him dancing with another girl, and another and another..

Me and my Fiance have been together for 5yrs and have had to struggle all the way. But because of it we love each other very much.We have been living @ diff places for the last 5 mos and the last 3 mos we have been @ diff states, we're an hour apart.We have lived together for the past 3yrs, and have not been apart in 2yrs.I have a tendacy to complain about how bad things R and something blame him when it's not his fault. After I finish complaining I always tell him I'm sorry about blaming him and that I want just wanted some one to listen to me gripe about life. But recently he told me that he feels that I'm too hard on him and that I don't consider his feelings.Then our roles reverse and it's my turn. We don't mean to hurt each other, but someones feelings always end up bruised. we never talk about it until one of us starts to gripe again. Lately since we haven't been staying under the same roof the fights come more frequent. Could it just be the distant apart? How can we stop this

I have this guy friend and everything at the beginning of our friendship was perfect. We got along and everything and just recently he has been saying mean things to me. for example, he said that i have such a sad family ( which makes no sense) and he would belittle me over the phone. Why does he do this. I don't understand. I have never ever have anyone speak to me like this before and it gets me very upset.

o.k., this will sound very egotistical, but here it comes. i have spent my life receiving massive amounts of attention from men, adored externally, but never really loved internally. i have dated 3 men in my life, married all three of them. 1st one ended up with a secret life, 2nd one turned out to be a sociopath, 3rd one turned out to be a pathological liar who was diagnosed recently as bipolar and is completely impotent. these are not exaggerations, but the truth. i'm trying to figure out if i'm so desperate for love that i take the first one that wants to marry me or if i have some deep seated self punishment wish or just horribly bad luck. i am currently separated from my impotent, bipolar, pathological liar husband and will be getting a divorce after 4.5 years of marriage. i don't want to overanalyze, but don't ever want to make these mistakes again...please don't give answers such as "why are you asking strangers when you need a counselor." i have a counselor.

He uses his cell phone and keep calling her when he is not at home. I know she is married too. Is there anyway I can record his conversation with her when he is not home? He carrys his cell phone anywhere. I don't have money to hire somone to get the evidences. What can I do?

I am now married for 2yrs. We are planning to have a baby soon. But during the first year of our marriage, my inlaws moved to our house as they are needing place to stay for a while. shared rents and bills for the couple of months then stopped as their second baby arrives and ask that my husband pays for it for the meantime. but now for a year, they dont give us any amount of money and so comfortable living with us now. Then my father inlaw moved to us and asks money to my husband for his daily expences. Days are getting worst, they dont help in cleaning my house, they dont pay bills and dont even share foods on the budget. Theyre acting like a complete guest in our house. I told my husband about it and said i can talk to them about my concerns and it leads to a huge fight, saying things against me(including my father inlaw).My husband got upset bout what they did, they apologized to me. But im not comfy wid them anymore, i dnt talk to them. How can i tell them to vacate my house?

We have some serious issues with our landlords and tonight was the final straw when one of them screamed and yelled at me calling me a "f-ing fat stupid white trash hippy piece of sh#t. They have hired contractors who have deficated in our yard, called a neighber a f@ggot; illegally disposed of asbestos by dumping it in our yard (we called the EPA for that one); put holes in our walls, floors and ceilings; let the dogs in the building out; left our bakdoor open numerous times; come in while I'm in the shower; have never given us notice let alone 24 hrs notice; let a gas leak go unattended for 2 wks until the fire department had to come out; cut through our pipes so that we have been without cold water, hot water or either for as much as 3 days; people have gone through our things and we don't have any heat! I have contacted Community Housing and attorneys (as have the other 8 tenants in the building) but we always get different answers. Can someone please help us?

Hi everyone thanks for helping! I really dont know what to do anymore, its my bf and i one year anniversary, and he still didnt show up to our date he has been doing this a little to much now, and i talk to him about it he keeps saying he will change and doesnt.
