We have some serious issues with our landlords and tonight was the final straw when one of them screamed and yelled at me calling me a "f-ing fat stupid white trash hippy piece of sh#t. They have hired contractors who have deficated in our yard, called a neighber a f@ggot; illegally disposed of asbestos by dumping it in our yard (we called the EPA for that one); put holes in our walls, floors and ceilings; let the dogs in the building out; left our bakdoor open numerous times; come in while I'm in the shower; have never given us notice let alone 24 hrs notice; let a gas leak go unattended for 2 wks until the fire department had to come out; cut through our pipes so that we have been without cold water, hot water or either for as much as 3 days; people have gone through our things and we don't have any heat! I have contacted Community Housing and attorneys (as have the other 8 tenants in the building) but we always get different answers. Can someone please help us?

I pay my rent on time each month (we have never been late in the 2.5 years that we have lived here). And we have contacted everyone that I can think of...I just need more resources and perhaps a different perspective on this horrible situation. All of the other tenants are in agreement and we are all keeping a log. Each organization with which we speak gives us a different answer though.

Talk to the state housing authority... or perhaps the DA's office.
You should have a copy of your lease and should be able to determine if they are in violation... they probably are.
I would suggest just moving out as soon as possible.
Go put down a deposit on a new apartment (a different management company) and explain the situation... it is possible that the competitors will be able to refer you to the correct authority to report these landlords to.
Chances are you can sue for your deposit back and even a portion of your rent.

relatives won't be able to stay with them won't be able to shoot them. Mine become my quickly to be uncle in regulation. when we first moved into the living house that we were renting from him. My hubby an i might want to come living house round a million-2 am ( We worked at a bar at the same time for some months) and discover him napping in our mattress exceeded out inebriated. i might want to attempt to get some hrs of sleep in before I went to seize the bus for my college classes at 7 am. He used to poop contained in the bathroom and by no skill flush it at the same time as he become over. He might want to devour our nutrition with out even asking. Fastfoward a short at the same time as to at the same time as i become pregnant with my first. He knew that my hubby and that i have been searching ahead to yet each and every of the money that we gave him for lease went to ingesting. We realized that we had to pass out about no longer even per week before the living house were given foreclose and that i become due 3 weeks later.

wow, it seems that your landlord has broken the contract which means that the ball is in your court, you can try to sue for damages or you can search for another place to live.......but i don't think that you are bound by the contract anymore, and you might want to double check with an attorney just to be sure.....it seems that your landlord isn't keeping up with his part of the bargain.
