For the past month I've been staying at home, enduring my mother's anger at my not going to church twice a week (her -cult- meets twice a week). I am twenty years old (and was born into the church) and have my own beliefs, and they are nowhere near compatible with her church. My older brother and father endure church because my mom has a bad temper about it, but I'm sick of it. I feel like I can't say anything because I have a feeling she'll kick me out. I'm sure that if I tell her I'm in a relationship with another girl, it'll be the same thing.

How the hell can I get past this? I'm so tired of either being miserable twice a week or being yelled at twice a week. Do I just have to endure it until I can afford to move out/finish school? Was/is anyone else in this same situation?

p.s. she's the type of mom you can't have nice, mature talks with. Unfortunately.

Ok so there was this girl,and She was kicked out of her house,So we let her stay here for 1 DAY..Well the next day she didnt leave,But the next day she went to school(Same as me)Well anyway,At lunch she went home early,and since it was MY house,I decided to follow her to see what she would do.I looked in the window,and she was in my room trying on all my clothes!..I Quickly barged in my Room and said..

M - What are you doing?
H - Nuthing
M - Dont Lie, I just saw you trying on my clothes!
H - Oh yea i thought they were my size,If they were i was gunna borrow some
M - Yea,You came Home when no one was here so you could steal my Clothes!...NOW GET OUT!

She left and went back to school,I stayed home incase she came back.Yep and she did,She didnt know i was home so i spyed on her..She Let our dog in the house(Which we cant cos it messes the house up) and i saw her put on my clothes and then start eating in them..Once again i barged in..

Ok, so, I love wrestling, and have for years. Unfortunatly, my mom thinks I have "too much dvds, and there all the same anyway" yea, she doesnt know what shes talking about. I'm trying to get all DVDs from the federation XPW, if you know them, you probably think they suck. I, love them because there the reason I got into extreme wrestling.
Ok whatever, so, X-Mas is coming, I just bought one DVD for it, but shes pissed about it already, and I'm expecting 5 or 6 more... I know I sound spoiled when I say this, but I really wish she'd just deal with it, I love wrestling, who cares, just let me get the movies.
Hell, I'd even pay for them myself, AND get them for X-Mas! (how does that sound moms?) I doubt she'd even let me do that. She thinks I like wrestling too much and I focus on it too much even though I'm almost always hanging out with friends or going out.

Does anyone know a way to negotiate with her???

ok... heres the deal... my gf cant go out until she's 16, so we'll have to wait 3 more long years. im not that patient. annother thing you need to know is that she cant lie to her parents, because she's mormon. i need a few ways to be able to spend time together but not at school.

My ex and I split in July after 2 years. I'm preggo and due anyday. He told me when I was 6 1/2 mos that he wasn't ready, we couldn't have it, etc.. I'm 34, independent, good job, support and I can take care of this baby on my own. He even said he didn't want me coming around for help (from him or his family) and didn't want to know if the baby was sick. So I told him, get out. Then I found out he was cheating on me. He hasn't called or anything to check on me and now I am past all the emotional hell I went thru these last few months. I am focusing on me and the baby. I want nothing to do with him, he is irresponsible, immature and I can't believe he totally abandoned me. I feel he would not be a good role model anyway. If he decided to come around later, should I let him see our son. Again, I want nothing from him. I will never understand how someone could just do this to someone who loved them and their child. What would you do? FYI, he has been abusive when drinking.

My daughter has been going out with a freshman in highschool she is in the 10th grade their relationship is rocky sometimes he won't even call her when they do talk he don't talk to her for long she likes him alot but is hurting because everytime she sees him at school he is with another girl and at school he won't talk to her she asked him why he said he don't know what to say to her they have been dating for 9 days I say she should end it what do you guys think?

I've been with my boyfriend for just about 3 years now. I'm a freshman in college I love him to death but it has been nothing but arguing for the past 6 months!! It's just been hell espically since his best friend moved in with him!!

I told my bf the exact truth...I'm begining to have feelings for someone else and the more we fight the more it pushes me towards this other guy and away from my boyfriend.

I somewhat "told" this other guy that I broke up with my boyfriend mind you I've NEVER cheated on my boyfriend I still feel bad. (note: I did not tell my bf this part)

Tomorrow night I'm going out with an ex boyfriend and a best friend. The 3 of us used to always hang out and this is the first time all 3 of us will be around at one time!

I am not one to ditch my boyfriend EVER but my boyfriend and I had plans for tomorrow night and I cancelled on him to hang out with my ex and my best friend.'

Why am I acting like this??

Husband and I have been married for 2 years, I have kids he does not. He really never has anything nice to say to the kids, he calles them stupid and retarted all the time.....HE does not ever talk to me, treats me more like a buddy instead of a wife. When I get home from work he gets on the phone and talks to various people like his friends and/or parents. I feel like I am not getting what I need from this relationship, I am not happy and I am sure he is not happy.......do not recomend talking, he dosen't talk to me at all....we have not had a talk since we have been married.

what would you do if you found out the guy u are with is married and has two sons. He is in the army and you have been with him for 6 months and had no idea. You hang out with his friends everyday and they never told you he was married. His wife ups and calls you one day wanting to know how u know him. Im 19 And I have 3 Sisters that are over 21,Therefore Im always the designated driver..Sometimes I get tired of it..It seems like they are having all the fun and Im just being used...They are funny for a few hours and then they are just stupid & drunk.Do you ever get tired of being the designated driver??..I do... but i feel guilty if I dont go with them ,because they will just drive home after they have been drinking and I would feel bad if something happened to them.What should I say to them??

we are like a team when we are together and we always keep a smile on our face. He told me the about a month ago that he wanted to spoil me and can sees us together and gettin married one day he is 29 and i am 22. Then when we was in the moment he says i want you to have my child lol i was like whattttttt u have losted ur mind. *My friend Karen just broke up with Chris, and I met Chris through Karen. He and I still chat and we've become good friends. I told him if he needs a shoulder to cry on, he knows I'm there for him.
