Then, why don't you have visitation? Is your child support going through your employer? Sounds a bit fishy to me. If the courts have entered it enough for you to be paying child support and not knowing the address it is going to...hmmm....

As long as there is no protective order and you parential rights have not been terminated you should not have a problem. You will have to consult a lawyer for help to ensure that you do not wind up with a protective order being issued on you during the process. You should be ready to provide the attorney with a copy of your divorce papers, any papers relating to child support. He will also need the names, dates of birth for each child. It also helps to research old tax records, etc and to provide the attorney with her ssn number and the name she was using right after your divorce ended. Many attorneys use private investigators or in house investigator who use this information to track down a current address for service of papers. Keep in mind that trying to do such a detail process as you need can be a legal nightmare with out the help of a attorney. This type of legal case should be quick and fairly cheap to do as long as it is done right from the beginning.

You have the right to know where your children are in order to visit...I suggest you consult your lawyer, he then will consult HER lawyer and insist upon getting the address for the children. If she will not comply take her to court.

Yes, you have to have it, unless you're leaving something out. You should have visitation as well. Speak to a Family Law lawyer immediately.
