You can always make a little picnice ouside in her back yard. You can have your parents drop you off if your welcome at her house. You can buy board games and have friends over and have her over too!

Dating is a good thing to do, but it is not the end of the world. I didn't date until I was much older than that.
There are activities that you can be involved in as a group.

If you are not a Mormon, then my advice to you is simple. Dont wish to date this girl. You can do so much better than her. Find yourself someone who isn't a Mormon.

There's always group dating. Find some other kids and go bowling or or the arcade or something. Or, ask her if you can go along when the Young Men/Young Women in her ward go on a service project.

Group school activities are easy to participate in and you both will be in a place where you can see each other and not defy the parents authority.
