Should a women be entitled to full child support if she knowingly gets pregnant by a married man?

I think that a real man will support his child anyway, and the child's mother will just squander the money. The mother should only get half of her entitlement for coming between a marriage and family.

your right , the mother should only get half of the money . actually she should only get food stamps , the father will pay the state money then the state gives the mother food stamps. that way she cant use the money on her hair or booze . they should also have gift cards issued , from stores like toys "r" us or jcpenney . it sounds far fetched but it would help the mothers and fathers not squander the childs money , because they wont have cold hard cash .

In this country, the USA, at least in some states, you are only the daddy if you make the child or adopt it.

The mother is never entitled to child support, the child is. The mother is not entitled to spousal support because she was never the spouse.She has no entitlement coming at all.

If the mother squanders the child support and the child is neglected, the father can take full custody of the child.

The child support serves as a supplement to your own income, to provide shelter, food, clothes and health insurance (for the child). You have to keep records on all of your expenses, to prove you did not squander the funds.

if you refuse to provide your part of 'support' income and want to live fully off of the child support, you are providing another reason for losing custody of your child.

The husband can then decide to give up the child for adoption, so that the child gets the care it needs.

The courts will not be on your side.

The married man knows full well he is married when he CHOOSES to phuck around. IF he doesn't WANT his whore to get pregnant then HE should either NOT choose to unzip his pants and drop his drawers to plant his seed or at the very least make sure his penis is covered before he dips it wherever he has the notion to dip it. As an ADULT he should know full well that birth control in ANY form is NOT 100 % effective and that he is responsible for the consequence of his actions...ONE of those consequences happens to be pregnancy. It is not the "other woman" who comes between the man and his family it is HIS choices that do.

By the way it isn't the woman who gets the child support...it is the CHILD. The woman has to provide a roof over that child's head, electricty to heat and cool the home, food, clothing, water, sewer, garbage, gas for getting the child to and from doctor visits, activities...One third of that cost is paid by the OTHER parent while the mother provides for herself. It costs money to make sure a child has appropriate food and shelter.

first of all children no matter the circumstance deserve to be supported by there mother and father in this case the father needs to be responsible and do what is right second are you certain the child is his if the state gets involved they will do a paternity test if the child is his he will be made to pay child support and i know from my own experience and no the man was not married and no i did not squander the money i bought the necessary things that my son needed like food and clothing and in the state that i live in if the father is court ordered to pay child support and does not he will spend anywhere from six months to a year in jail for non payment they will take it from his taxes at the first of the year if necessary and if he is court ordered they will go back to when the child was born and he will have to pay back support i hope this helps

Ok let's jump out of the world of hate fairy land for a bit.

A. The child didnt ask to be born by affair.

B. The husband is just as guilty if not more guilty then the skank he had the affair with.

C. Despite the circumstance of how the child came to be the mother IS entitled to full child support because she was not the only party involved in bringing this child to conception so there fore why should she be financially responsible more then say a mother who had kids to her husband and left and claim on child support.

The woman is only partly guilty on comeing between them it is the husband who caused the woman to come between the husband and his wife , BUT while he is the one who brought her into his sickening lying , deceitful world , BOTH are responsible for the stupidity of the affair so WHY should the husband be let off lightly by either wife or mother of the child born out of the affair?

Too many time's the wive's close their eyes off to the guilty husband and place 100% blame on the other woman , time to wake up and smell the roses , he is as I stated about just as guilty if not more because he is the 1 who went out and started the affair and told the lies about his wife , stating she doesnt love him anymore , she cringes when he touches her , she treats him badly like an outside because his thoughts dont count emotionally or financially , claiming he is treated like a child not a partner.So on and so forth.

So YES she should be entitled to the full money , even normal divorces the husband and normally 2nd wife have no say in how the previous wife spends the child support , for example my 2nd husband pays 240 a month for his daughter , her mum wastes it on her other 4 children and her alcaholic boy friend , I payed for the girl's new clothes for 8 years during our marriage , fair? definetly not but why should she go without just because she isnt my blood daughter?

I think that the man should have to pay support for the child. It is not the child's fault that his/her parents are stupid. I also think in return that the wife should be in-titled to sue the child's mother and father for committing adultery
