My boyf and I had a big discussion at the weekend. We have been together a year - I love him, he says he is not in love with me yet. As u can imagine I was very distressed by this. He has a few issues with the whole love things because of relationships past, and his parents' messy divorce. He says he is confident he will fall in love with me, but he doesn't feel it at the moment. I was so upset I admitted I may have to leave him because it is very painful to be with a man who doesn't love you back.
He has suddenly become the best boyf in the world - cooking an amazing dinner for me tonight, expensive wine. If he doesn't love why is he so scared of losing me? Am confused.

yes another complaint about my husband. he will sit and talk to the cats and pet and spend time with them but when ever i want to talk he has to run off somewhere. yes i have told him this bothers me.

My ex boyfriend contacted me for the first time in a couple of years last week on tuesday. I was on my way to the gym and so we spoke for about 15 minutes and I had to get off. He said he would call me later that night.
He didn't call later, but called me while I was at work the next day. I missed his call, but he left a voicemail saying that he would call me back. That was last wednesday.
He hasn't called me back yet. Maybe he thought I would call him instead, but he called me from 2 different numbers so I didn't call because I didn't know where the numbers where actually from and if they were his.
Whats up with this? do you think he will call back? or do you think I should call him?
I'm sort of against calling him back - when he said he'd call me.

Any ideas?

We have been married for 3 years and it upsets my husband that I stay up late almost every night. I have to be to work by 7 a.m. and he has to be to work by 5 a.m. He likes to go to bed by 10 or 11 p.m. and I don’t. So what’s the problem? We both get off at 4 p.m. and when we take an hour or so to wind down. By the time somebody cooks dinner or we go out to dinner, get back and get settled, it’s almost time for bed –well for my husband that is. We usually spend the last couple of hours (between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m.) with me on the computer, reading or on the phone and him playing the Playstation or watching the football game. He slips off to bed and I’ll head for the computer room. I still want to stay up and enjoy the night.I want to get on Yahoo Answers. I want to play online Scrabble. I want to work on my side business.

I'll try to make this short....been married for a few years, have a child together, husband confesses to having several affairs, I left him and moved to another state, trying to move on with my life with my families help, but ex keeps calling. He calls constantly and sometimes uses the excuse to talk to our 2 year old child, but sometimes he'll call me at midnight or even later. What is that all about? He says he doesn't love me so why won't he let me live my life without him constantly calling me? He's the one that couldn't keep it in his pants for a couple of years and wanted to send me dissolution paperwork, but nothings come this way. I have to live in the new state for 6 months before I can file for a divorce...ugh!!!

I just got married a week ago! The wedding was in tn and i live in Miami, Fl. Well my male best friend came and i asked him to be a groomsman. I even let him stay at my husband's house with us. He did not get us a gift? Should i be upset or am i overreacting! It is not about stuff but the thought. He this friend of mine , spend lots of money so money is not an issue. I even made sure we took him to graceland two days before the wedding to make him happy. He has money and he has no escuse. I have known him for 18 years so that is why i am floored! Please how to i handle this without losing it!

I am always so busy with work, hobbies and house repairs and yet I still have time to feel lonely. My family discarded me for whatever reason though since I have never been demanding or cruel, each feels I am and always will be there if they have a problem (needs to borrow money, needs baby sitter, needs me to do something for them). When I need help I actually have no one to call- I fell and tore the skin off my knee and struggled alone in pain until the scab loosened enough to bend my knee again.

I made sure both my children graduated from college with no debt and now both are with mates that do not want my son and daughter to associate with me- and both of my children who were inseparable from me their entire youth have chosen mates over me instead of ones that enjoy family.

I wonder had I been abuse like my children's in-laws would my kids be sucking up to me now begging to be loved and accepted?

I never quite figured out what I "wanted to be when I grow up" ... didn't finish college, although I had a few great jobs. I recently found out I'm pregnant, have a wonderful relationship with a man willing to support me ... is it so horrible to just want to be a stay at home mom? I've always hated working, but I don't want to feel like I'm shirking all responsibility. At the same time, I feel it's important for a parent to be home with a child. I guess I'm just torn between being able to support myself and staying at home completely depending on another person -- it scares me. Any kind words of advice?

Sorry this is so long..I really need help

I'm 18 & a freshman in college. I live 30 minutes away from home & my bf. He and I have been together for a year and a half, and I'm pretty happy, but not completely. I really want him to go to college, but he dropped out of highschool (he's a grade above me) and is working a pretty decent fulltime job right now & doesnt know if college is for him. The thing is, he is my first serious boyfriend (the first guy I've had a real relationship with, I don't count boyfriends before highschool or ones shorter than 3 months). He also doesn't have a car right now, and we don't hang out a lot, like 2 times a week usually.

I just always told myself I wouldn't stay with him unless he went to college. I dont want to force him, its just a decision i made for myself. I'm scared that since hes my first real bf, theres someone else out there for me. How do I know? Should I stay with him bc Im happy even though things may not work in the future?

I'm always totally fine in the flirting stage, and the first/second date, but i can neer seem to get past that stage. I'm not afraid of commitment, but it's almost as if i just get bored, even if i can talk to the guy like a would a friend, i jsut get to a point where i get bored. My wife has decided behind my back without even telling me to pack up and leave to arizona with my kids. my 12 year old has just got his first love and doing great in school. same with my 15 year old and my other son is 3. things are financially tough right now. my wife says she cant get a job here so she wants to start fresh in arizona. she doesnt care what i have to say about any of it. she does not even care what the boys think. i have told her if she goes i want a divorce, she flipped out. what do i do and why does she not even care for her family. she tried to pull a fast one on me but when i had taken the truck to the store she left the rental agreement in the truck and thatis how i found out. when i approached her on it, she yelled and cursed me out and called me every name in the book, she even told me she hates me. hate is a pretty hurtful word to say to anyone but more devistating to your husband. i work my butt to the bone to afford this 1.3 million dollar home. help please.

If you took a drug test on Thursday at 1:30pm, when would they have the results to let you know if u passed? It was a urine test, and I was told 48 hours, that's why I asked. The test was taken at Lab Corp for a job.

Allright, so long story short my best friend and my best guy friend have been dating for quite awhile. Well yesterday me and the guy friend went to a haunted house, and my best friend didn't go because she doesn't like them..but anyways, so afterwards he out of nowhere decides to stop and pick up some coke. Well the thing is, he doesn't do coke much, but it makes me mad and I know it would make her mad if she knew, and I don't know if this is the kind of situation where I keep it from her or tell her. I know if my best guy friend found out I told her he would be mad and I don't want to lose either of their friendships.
