you probably did the main suitable component. in basic terms because of the fact she carried this toddler does not make her a mom. She is a donor. She made the choice to sign her rights away. Legally, it is not her toddler any further. in the excellent interest of the youngster, she shouldn't even settle for visitation.

Was he kidnapped by a relative?
I am so sorry to hear about this and can only imagine how you must have felt over the last 5 years.
If he has been kidnapped by a relative overseas he may makw contact with you when he is 18 years. You have to hold that hope in your heart.
Are there any cousellors in your area you could talk to or someone who has been in a similar position.
I have found a link that might be helpful to you

Good luck - hope things work out for you.

I lost my child in a somewhat similar manner 23 years ago.
people say it gets easier but it doesn't, I think of him every day, I used to buy presents, birthdays and Xmas cards and post them to nowhere.
I used to look at every child in the street to see if it was my child.
I have accepted that he is gone, but it will never stop hurting.
But what ever way you find to cope with it, never lose hope.
This is all I'm prepared to say here.
If you want email me and I'll reply to you:)

I am sorry to hear this has happened to you. I will keep you in my prayers. I don't think there is a whole lot anyone can say to help you feel better about this. It must be very hard. I am not sure what all you have done to get him back but, I hope someday you find peace and he is returned......

you have my sympathy. you need to get some counseling to deal with this because there are questions regarding this that you can discuss with a counselor - for example, do you know who took your son or was it an ex husband?
you may even contact John Walsh at America's most Wanted since he went through that and survived and he can give you support groups in your area or perhaps feature your son on that show.

I am so very sorry to hear about this awful thing that has happened to you and your son. You need God in your life, and a church family that can help support you and pray with you.

You can write to me if you would like.
