Ex Boyfriend Question?

My ex boyfriend contacted me for the first time in a couple of years last week on tuesday. I was on my way to the gym and so we spoke for about 15 minutes and I had to get off. He said he would call me later that night.
He didn't call later, but called me while I was at work the next day. I missed his call, but he left a voicemail saying that he would call me back. That was last wednesday.
He hasn't called me back yet. Maybe he thought I would call him instead, but he called me from 2 different numbers so I didn't call because I didn't know where the numbers where actually from and if they were his.
Whats up with this? do you think he will call back? or do you think I should call him?
I'm sort of against calling him back - when he said he'd call me.

Any ideas?

forget him and get on with your life. things are going bad for him now likely and so he is reaching out to his past but you are not important enough to him that he follows through when he said he would call you back. He is an ex for a reason and should stay that way!!

It seems like you still care about him otherwise this issue wouldn't bother you. I think maybe he wants to tell you something but he is a little bit hesitate, when he wanted to tell you then he confused should he call or not. I think he is still struggling with himself if he need to or should call you , so I think you need to calm down and wait until he calls you . If you call him first you may not get the real answer. So wait until he made decision if he calls you will know the answer if he doesn't means he changed his mind so forget this event moe on . Just stay calm let him struggle with himself.

He knows how to find yoy, so don't worry. You are not sure how to find him and you don't won't to ring everyone. If he is really desperate to find you HE WILL. Maybe he is just having a week moment himself for some reason. If he is serious he will find you, don't keep your hopes up, I don't know why he would wait a week. So just move on as you were for the last couple of years and if it happens, it might, if not just forget about it.

...Lexi darling.....you'll never really actually know anything about nothing or why? he's calling you until that moment occurs that you two ACTUALLY do speak with one another darling....what else would reasonably occur until that actual precious moment arrives seriously. You're not a mind reader darling....and neither are we sweetie....but surely your two year disappearing ex boyfriend has something up his sleeve for calling you hun. Maybe he's fantasizing something about you two being together again darling....otherwise hows anyone to really know what he's got going on in his mind otherwise?.....hopefully it's all great and good stuff hun......not more conflicting crap reasonably....agreed?

Call him... Make it sound like a return call... make sure you don't keep it longer the pleasantries. There's nothing wrong with calling back.

because then you wouldn't be worrying this much.

first off,
you need to decide what YOU want,
and what's best for you.

if he's the answer to that,
call him up,
hang out with him,
take things slow,
but go for it.

if he's not what you want,
don't call him,
ignore his calls,
and eventually he'll stop.

Don't call him back...he could've just been 'randomly' calling you anyway. If he wants to really talk, he'll call back!! Bet that!! Hope this helps...and good luck!
