I am about to receive a restraining order, I don’t want to go to court. I don’t care if this girl gets one on me, I know I was wrong, nothing violent, but just emails and text since we broke up. What will happen if I don’t show up for court? I don’t care what she says about me, the judge is going to order the same RO either way. So why should I go to court I will just have a bad attitude? I don’t care if I ever see her again, and yes I lied to her and will get it either way, so what is the difference? This is not a criminal matter so what difference does it make? We have no kids, and live in the same state. I just want all of this to be over so why should I go to court?

We don't live in Illinois but would like to speak to a pro bono lawyer to see if they can help with a custody issue we are having. Mom and child reside in Illinois, father lives in Delaware.

Obviously we don't have access to a phone book to look them up ourselves.
Is there a directory of pro bono lawyers on the net? I can't find anything in a directory format.
We need someone in the Chicago or Champaign ish area.

In my life when I have asked out girls I have never been told No too. I always get a yes and then they cancel on me the day of the date. and it may not even be a date half of the time is there is a movie i want to see, and don't want to go alone. I've gotten the I'm busy. I understand that your busy.
I have never been told no to. I want to know what is going though your head then you tell a guy yes then cancel or say your busy. If you don't want to go why not just say no. the ones that cancel I never talk to again. but the ones that say their busy,i takes me awhile to get thats your way of saying no. If your busy we are not talking about hang out for 9 hours then having a sleep over to brade each others hair. looking for half an hour, 2 hours.
its not about getting a gf too. its that even the girls i just see as friends do the same. or they dont even answer their phone. we live in a time that the phone is at your hip why dont you not answer.

Every year once soccer season is done there is a huge party. I really really want to go but i doubt that my parents will let me.

see, last april i lied and had 2 parties and got caught. i was grounded for 2 months and havn't really been able to do anything much since then. its been half a year already. my mother still does not trust me at all at all as i found that out yesterday. and i'm really desperate to go to this upcoming party. i just don't know how to ask them.

OK, I moved into a new house and my sister and I know why the past owners weres selling it. THERE IS A POLTRAGISTE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! If you don't beleve me here are some things it has done:

1. My friend was spending the night and we were sleeping in the basement. We were watching a movie and she got up to go to the bathroom. When she got back I heard her ask where her blanket was. I looked next to me where it used to be and it was gone. It turned up in the living room.

2. The lights tend to fliker on and off by the fridge.

3. Pop cans get thrown at the back of my dresser by no one.

Tell me that isn't awsome. I am so exited to have a poltragiste in my house!!!!!!!! (I didd't know where to put it so I am putting it in family)

we broke up due to lack of time to see each other, work school alot of pressure. The attraction is still there definately but since we dont feel like we have to see each other pressure is less. We still joke like we used to, and he has even said he didnt want to break up but its best for now. There is no one else in his life. He said he never wants to hurt me. Right. Where to start with this. ...

Me and this guy (lets call him 'D') have a problematic 'relationship'. D likes my best-friend but says he also likes me but he always messes with me. My best-friend (who incidently lives in Scotland) invited him for new year party and D told me he wanted to get with me, my said friend and all her friends.
He messes with me - he has done so many times in the past and I'm worried that he might mess with her as well.
I've already told him quite plainly that I don't want to talk to him again if he does this - obviously he wasn't too pleased. I'm worried that my bestfriend truely likes him but won't tell me because I have had problems with him and can't stand him.

I don't want to see him at this New Years Party in Scotland and she seems reluctant to tell him he cant come.

What do you think I should do?

I read in a magazine that a lot of men fantasize about their wife sleeping with another man. I have talked this over with a friend and his explanation is that fear is intensely erotic, as such the guy ends up loving what he fears the most. The torture and tension of your wife being unfaithful to you is relieved by actually wanting it to happen. My take on that it relates to the alpha male syndrome, the male subsconscously feels his wife deserves better, and he matches her with someone he considers superior to himself, more worthy of her and more capable of giving her sexual gratification.
