I have a 16 year old daughter who acts as if she hates me. As she is my only child I feel it terribly. I ask her how her day was, she sighs as if bored and answers me in monosyllables, I ask her to unload the dishwasher, she ignores me, I ask her to put her dirty laundry in the hamper so I can wash it, it doesn't happen, I'm not allowed to go into her room. I come home after work and the house is a mess with dishes everywhere. I work 6 days a week to provide us a lovely home and no I dont say this to her but I am fast reaching my wits end. How do I get her to realise she has to help-at least clean up her own mess? It's putting immense pressure on our relationship. I ask for some of her time to do something together on Sundays and am told sorry it's the weekend! She asks for money that she will pay back and never does. What's going on? SHould we seek some counselling? Help!

I have accepted an invitation to my very good friends wedding .... in scotland .... it is a fairly big event spanning 5 days ..... At the time I didnt have a girlfriend .... but I do now .... and assumed it would be alright for her to come along with me .... But the bride is getting a bit worked up about not knowing her .... and apparently there isnt enough room to add one more person for the Reception meal .....

I came up with several alternatives like we would just go to the church and then to the drinks and canapes afterwards and not the wedding dinner ..... but it just seems like the bride doesnt even want my g/f to go to that either ......

I am caught in a real situation bearing in mind I told my g/f it would be fine and bought her two dresses for the wedding ..... I am thinking of not going at all if they are not even prepared to to see her on any level .....

I just need a really nice good way of saying that I cant now make it ..... preferably without offending anyone.

m 28 yrs old n married fm 2 ½ yrs. 1st yr of marriage went in taking abuse fm husband. 2nd yr I left him n went to live wid my parent..1year I stayed away fm him but was not happy widout him. The whole yr he tried to convince me to get back to him..said he is incomplete without me n misses me a lot. He promised me to fulfill all my dreams n will take care of me. I didn't get support fm anywhere I had to go back to him. I made him tell all his mistakes infront of our parent (which was of no use). Now it’s been 4 mnths living wid him..he has stopped abusing but doesn’t leave a chance to insult me. His nagging n taunting behavior has not changed. Recently I studied that when I was away;he developed frendship wid a female who is 10 yrs younger to him n he had been on a trip wid her for 4 days. When I asked he said he was very depressed n angry wid me that’s why he went wid dat female. I don’t understand this emotion of his. Now he has started doubting me that m going around wid someone.

Hi, well me and my mom had a fight... I had nothing but dirty laundry to wear today and some hideous walmart clothes that even I, didn't pick out. Shes a 'bus driver' and she has 4 pure bred bull terrriers that SHE imported despite our scant christmas and birthdays.... we have to live in a shack that is practically destroyed by her dumb dogs.... She is a divorced 'single' working parent, but even then, she got 10000 over the summer plus 1000+ twice a month... not only that but her 'busdriving' rakes in about 200 a week. How can that bitc h do that? She expects me to wear her hideous walmart clothes for school and I won't. I get very good grades and I'm in all honors classes... I expect highly of myself and walmart clothes don't cut it for me. I'll be self conscience all day... how am I supposed to consentrate like that? Any help would be appreciated... she also refuses to get a better job because she likes the 'freedom'.... Jobs aren't supposed to be enjoyable...

My husband works out of town today. I'm off work and planning to do some cleaning around the house. He asked before he left if he could take my car today since I don't have to go anywhere and my car gets better gas mileage. I said "Yea, that works great because I'm going to clean closets and I can put the bags of throwaway stuff in your truck for you to take to the dump tomorrow."

So the minute I mention that I'm going to be working on something that I'll need him to do for me tomorrow, he decides to take his truck instead anyway.

Like that wasn't obvious.

I have several brother in laws and sister in laws. Everytime they invite us over for dinner or something they always tell us to bring all our kids. Well when we dont bring our daughter they get mad and go tell their dad and then he calls us and yells at us. It's like they think they own our kids and have the right to tell us what to do. They always get mad and jealous when our kids spend time with my parents. They think they should be the only ones they spend time with. Do you think this is messed up or is it just me???

i'v been with my husband since i was 18 years old i'm 32 now.he is always putting me down and swearing on me,telling me i'm lazy and i'm a s**t and says worse stuff .he has no respect for anyone nor himself. when he tells me to do things i always jump ,if i dont do things he gets mad and says things.we sleep in seperate bedrooms (due to snoring) so he says but when he wants s*x he'l get it after he is plzed he'l get up walk away tell me to finish myself....i'v met a guy we both knew each other way back when we were 14.he came back into my life over the summer we talk alot but we never met yet because of the distance and he dont want me getting in trouble .he wants me to get rid of hubby for me and he wants to start getting serious with me. all hubby and i do is fight my mom ,friends and brothers g/f tell me to leave hubby.they say i'l be beter off .they dont know about this other guy yet.i also have 2 children a boy 10 and a girl 4 ,my son is like his dad puts everyone down.

I injured my spine about 13yrs ago and as such it has an effect on my erections. I think my wife would love/deserves a better/harder erection and indeed she has thought about it either from me or another man. I am very turned on about my wife having sex with others male or female and as she has to travel for work I do suggest that if she has the chance "Go for it" am I mad or is this normal?

Okay so I'm worried to cut a long story short.

My bf split with his wife over a year ago. Tehyre still married but she moved out.

Shes really nasty to him and is costing him a fortune.

I moved in about a month ago.

He claims to love me and all the usual.

He rarely makes love to me, claiming he has a extremley small libido. But like sto get me worked up.

I've now found a pic of them two together on his desk he wants to keep it up claiming theyre like 'brother and sister' but it freaks me out that this is a wedding pitcure and that theyre that close.

They dont even see each other anymore as she refuses to speak to him other than regarding the divorce etc.

Am I being silly or is he just using me? (Been here before)

We live in a joint family with my parents.
Problems list is :
She openly disgraced photo shoot arranged by me on weeding day, Wedding hall booking is yet controversial and I am blamed for expensive booking even though I never insisted but recommended few. She was reluctant to call my parents Mom and dad to the extreme that I had to work hard to get her agreed. She always stayed at her parents home longer than decided and never made me comfortable for picking her up and dropping her, Serious problem in everyday life discipline and following and adopting my family and home life style.never cooked for us on weekends. Never takes initiative for house hold work. Never served our family like our traditions. she created a scene when I refused to attend a casual party at her grand parents.
One day i gave her a choice to leave and she left quietly, now she sent me an email that we are husband and wife and she loves me but angry and wont callback and want me to call.
what should i do now?

I'm 23-years old and my girlfriend is 21. We have been together for five years and we truly love each other. I get turned on imagining my girlfriend having sex with another guy. I imagine both watching only and having a threesome. Don't get me wrong, I want a 2-girl threesome as well, but really, what guy doesn't!? I know how most guys are; they couldn't imagine their girlfriend or wife having sex with another guy, let alone get turned on by it! I know most people will tell me "its just a fantasy and if you end up doing it, you will regret it." Well, I can honestly say that I don't think I would feel that way because through our 5-year relationship she has "kinda" cheated on me with both guys and girls. My ex-boyfriend (we dated for almost three years before he broke up with me and then I met my husband) has started talking to me again. He said he saw my husband somewhere with another woman and that he is definitely cheating on me. I know he is lying because the day he says he saw him I know he was at work (and he works about 45 miles from where he supposedly was that day). Besides that I had just given birth to our second daughter a week prior so i
know my ex is lying to me. I let him believe that I kicked out my husband to see if he would fess up but he didn't...he seems fine with the fact that his lie has destroyed my family (or so he thinks). Now he is hitting on me!! I am so mad that this jerk tried to hurt my family and I. When i am 20years old I fall in love with some one who is handsome and dynamic.He also liked me and after 4years my parents disagreed for our marriage and I married with some one else.My husband loves me very much and he is a nice gentle man.After two years i met him in a function and again we used to meet but this time we came closer then before.I know that it was wrong but I cant live away from him I cannot tell it to any one.I am afraid that I will go into depression.
