Are you just assuming that they dont love you back? If they dont even know you have feelings for them, the best thing to do is tell them that you have a crush on them and would like to take them out for ice cream or coffee or a movie or dinner. Its ok if you're nervous. And who knows... they might start liking you alot. and maybe after 3-5 months dating you can tell them "i think i've fallen in love with you" even tho you've known all this time.
If you have already confessed to them that you love them and they told you they didnt have the same feelings back. Its OK they world will continue to change and rotate. you might be a little depressed about it for a couple of months, but then you'll get tired of being down all the time, and you'll realize its ok to smile for yourself.

Accept it! its the hardest thing to do: just accept the fact that you love someone that doesn't love you back. And eventually you'll be able to move on!
