While I think it is awesome that woman can work and support themselves, I have noticed that in families where the wife makes more or is more educated than the man they are very likely to divorce. Am I incorrect? If this is true, why?

what can I do to help him not be so prude? He is all about him and none about me. He is a five minute ejectulation and he is done. We have been married almost 20 years. We haven't had a physical relationship for over half of it. I recently let him know I was not being fullfilled and he said he try but that hasn't happened yet. How can I help him to help me?

Well this is goin to be hard to explain but ill make as short and simple as i can. My mom and dad Seperated about a year+ ago, But they are not legally seperated. And My dad left but my mom stayed with me and my sister. And my dad started dating My moms bestfriend. Today my mom n her are not friends tho. Well my mom is still inlove with my dad and will take him back whenever! And my dad says he is over my mom and is moving on with his life. But heres the proublem the girl my dads with was my moms bestfriend... and my moms bestfriend stole my dad, and after that i didnt like her at all. But my mom got a guy that she is starting to like and im accepting him. And im kinda caught, becuase i want to spend time with my dad alot, becuase i only see him like once a month. But i just dont wanna be around the girl hes with, and i want to accept it but im afraid to accept it. im afraid my mom will get sad that im accepting her after what she did to my family. What should i do?

I'm so depressed.. and talk about it all the time to my friends and family and am driving them away. I feel lik emy life is hopeless, im in school right now and its really hard to concentrate because i am nervous all the time, i think the worst is going to happen. I'm afraid of being alone. I have no one to trust. All my friends are gone because I screw up all my relationships. I don't know what to do anymore... I have two exams tomorrow and cannot focus :(

I have been with my girlfriend for 6 months- We have fallen head over heals in love and we have been discussing marriage for the past 3 months. We have both been in other relationships are we just "Got It:) We have been using birth control for the entire in time. We have been living together happily in San Francisco since July and are both successful. Yes, we moved fast- But things are working out perfectly!

And now ther juicy part- After a routine check up "B" was told she was pregnant. We both found out today and I went with her to the dr. office. for the actual ultrasound. I took her to back to work and I took the rest of the day off.

This woman is my dream come true in every possible way. Tonight we are going to discuss this together- I am going to ask her to marry me- She is 24- I am 32. What do you think of all of this? I want it all with her- I am off to pick her up from work- Thanks for your input!

My husband sometimes drops me off at work. My schedule is 9:30am to 6:00pm, I dont always get off at 6pm. He gets mad because, in the past, I would come down around 6:10pm or 6:15pm after cleaning up some last minute details on loans I was disbursing. He says for this reason, he started emailing me to find out what time I am getting off. I got used to this being the "norm" Today, he came to my job to pick me up at 6:00pm and I wasnt out there. I didnt get an email and I didnt get a call. I had no idea he was out there. When I called at 6:45pm to say I was ready he was screaming at me because he had been sitting outside with our some for 30 minutes. He said I am inconsiderate because I didnt call. I am ignorant because I didnt know he was out there and I should have found out. I know I should have called earlier to find out what was going on, but I assumed he was sleeping because I am so used to getting that email. I understand he is mad, but does this make me inconsiderate?

I need some sweet wording to express that my wonderful Mom is turning 80 yrs old and everyone is welcome to come and celebrate. It's a surprise. Her siblings & some of their kids are coming, all from out of town.

We'll have the birthday at a hotel, so will give name & location
starting at noon
lunch will be served

Mom thinks that one of her grandaughters is being honored by her employer - so this is the ruse to get mom & dad to the hotel. Dad is in on it. I've got to get these invites mailed by Friday.

It was my second time driving in Indianapolis. I just moved up here. I am a new driver. Now that this has happened in only my second day of driving there I feel very horrible about my skills as a driver. What happen was I was in a suburban area and I stop at a stop sign. I looked both ways, nothing was there. And then bam. I mean it will be charged at my fault but it was not like I just ran the stop sign. Though again I don't feel I am a very strong driver, I had not had but less than two months expeirence. My parents are wanting me to move back near them to keep me and my son safe. Though if I did that my boyfriend would have to drive 2 hours to work. He already has problems staying awake when driving.That would be would a death bed waiting to happen. He said he is not doing it. I feel like my son and I's life is more important since he is a toddler and I am his mother but by no means do I want to attend my boyfriends funeral. So I am completely at a loss of what to do! Help!

My husband and I have been separated for over a year. We both would like to work toward bringing our family and relationship back together?

How can we start?

He is currently involved with someone who has been like a "girlfriend" but he is now running her business...I would like him to eventually cut all ties. Is that unreasonable? It is his current income.

Our separtion came after some horrible events in our lives. There was serious illness (i had cancer, my dad and his mom), death, (his mom) and several other tradgedies. I know they say it brings you closer but I can understand why couple who lose a child usually end up divorced. it's hard. We've had time to reflect.

He says he dreams of us being a family but can't commit because he doesn't know if it is just going back to comfort zone or not.

We are both open to councilling. We just don't know where to start. I just want to move on as a family and he says he needs more time...it's been almost 2 years.

My best friend's husband has just broken up with her via text message! this is no joke! he didn't have the maturity or decency to walk the block to her parents house to tell her in person or even call and tell her verbally over the phone- he won't accept her calls either. they've been married for almost 4 years - and were married in the lds temple (ie. for time and all eternity). How can someone throw that away so easily? He's refused councelling and doesn't seem to want to do anything towards a reconcilliation. Do you have some advice or words of comfort for my friend?

ok, me and this guy have been dating for 7 months, we met online, started visiting, we were great together! then we moved in together and 2 months later his friend was starting sh!t (the friend lived with us) then we fell apart. i moved back with my sis and i called him a few nights and asked if he missed me yet and he said he didnt know, then he said he still loves me. we are still together, but what the **** does that mean??!! i still love u, but i dont know if i miss u yet....how retarded! hes still talkin to me n sh!t.....but he doesnt know if he still misses me? hmm....what do u all think??

My husband had an affair with a co-worker while I was pregnant (beginning my third trimester). I had my baby and two months after I confronted him since I was suspecting something was up. When I asked he confessed everything, and said he'd dumped her the next day. I gave him another chance & a week later they're still in contact, confronted him again and said it was finally over & this time was for sure. I'm trying to rebuild our marriage but don't know if I'll ever get over this. I'm trying but I find myself crying and depressed all the time. How can I overcome this. It's killing me inside. I ask him to give me access to his cell bill and he doesn't want to, does this mean he's still in contact with her? I don't know how to deal with this, help.

ok...well i have this friend named katie. shes awesome and we really get along great.

then she is kinda friends with this REALLY REALLY scary creepy guy named andrew. he doesn't wear deodorant, he straightens his hair, wears all black gothic clothes, and dyed his blonde hair black. creepy.

k well anyway me and katie sit at this lunch table and everything is fine except no one likes andrrew. i dont blame them! he even acts mean and like a jerk to everyone at the table besides me and katie...i try to ignore him but he really cant take a hint.

i don't want to tell him to leave the table cuz he is the kind of guy that will bring a gun to school. and i dont want to even be remotely involved in that

i am 15 and a sophomore and haven't had my first kiss yet. I am 5''6, skinny, not flat chested, and a lot of guys find me attractive. But I havent had a boyfriend.
