I think in you , we have a future Plato. In response to all of your questions Lets try to answer them in sequence1)The answer is no;you do have guys who , for ego reasons, would like to be taller than their gals.Ironically, you have some women who feel the same way.2)In this age and time,it does not matter who does the asking, it is an individual option. But girls can do the asking today just as guys do . In fact, some guys like girls who do the asking3)Religion, on the other hand, is a highly charged emotional issue. It matters a lot to some and they are not willing to compromise while others will make some accommodation. Hence, it falls to the couple to decide how important it is or is not going to be.4)There are two issues here -- legal and emotional.Across the country , the legal age to enter ones majority varies from 16 to 21 depending on the state. However, I know people who are old legally but lack the emotional maturity, judgement, or growth to make sound decisions.I suggest a middle ground , an age where both the emotional and legal ages cross or meet.Age 16 is an age when young adolescents can begin some dating; nothing serious or involved as they learn to maneuver the mine field that is dating. I hope this helps you a little although I am sure each dating situation and person is different.

1. It shouldn't have to be, but that's the norm. We're practically programmed by society to want someone taller than us.
2. Same as above, but it's not so big a deal.
3. Well, unless you two are constantly arguing about various beliefs and morals, it shouldn't matter too much. Christians and Muslims seem to traditionally dislike each other, but if you two get along fine and can reconcile the religious differences, why not?
4. Whenever you and your parents feel ready. I'd say 16-18. You're not mature enough to bother until then, really.

good question ....
it looks cool when the guys are taller than the girls because you can feel secure when your guy is tall, strong and stout..
if a guy ask the out for a date that shows he has the guts so note that if you are ever approached by a guy........
rarely we do discuss about religious sentiments because religion does not matter when it comes to love....on a date who would want to create some other topics apart from romantic topics......
there is no specified age where you are not bounded to go for a date.....its upto the maturity of a person .....if he or she will be able to handle or do they know where they have stepped in.....
