Don't rush it!! I did and my first kiss turned out shitty lol.
I was 12 years old. I had a boyfriend and I didn't really like him. My friends told me to wait a little longer and maybe I will grow into liking him. Anyway my boyfriend asked me if I would get mad if he kissed me on the lips. I told him I wouldn't care. So the next day we both met up and he gave me a hug and we kissed. No sparks nothing amazing or good. He just kissed me and was all "You know I love you right?" and I was like uh hu yeah. Wasn't that good. :(
Wait for your turn patiently. When you wait it turns out better.(:

Don't rush it...take your time you're young still :)
My first kiss was at 13 and I was nervous, but no matter what happened it was still the best. You'll never forget your first kiss, even if it wasn't perfect it'll be your only first!
Now just take life slow...you've got lots of time to get all your firsts, and your parents are right to be protective, there are many things that are scary in the world today..so make sure your ready, and that its not just a random kiss...its much better when you know the person well!

I'm seventeen and i still haven't had my first kiss. I'm basically the same as you I'm 5'6 and i'm not flat chested either and my parents are very strict as well if your friends or someone else is throwing a party after the homecoming go most likely you'll get lucky.

Don't rush it. The time will come. I knew and heard of people that were 17/18 and had their first kiss. To some people a first kiss is something special, to some it's just a kiss. If you want it to be special and with someone you really like, don't rush it and set out to have your first kiss, let the time come when it comes. Wait for someone that's worth your first kiss. You'll be happier waiting for that someone that you have deep feelings for to share the moment of having your first kiss with, instead of setting out to get kissed. You're not weird at all. Don't worry about it hun.

Okay...
I was about 2 weeks from turning 16. Kissed the guy who is now my man (first relationship, too). It was just a peck, so no awkwardness...and we've been together for 4-5 months.
I really suggest you wait for a guy worth giving your first kiss to. Your parents do have the prerogative to keep you from dating - I know I had to literally debate over the issue (they told me that I could have boyfriends, I took that to mean that I could date...they had originally meant that I could have male friends.) And they're usually right. My parents still don't let me go out alone with him, and they have admitted that we wouldn't do anything wrong, so you're not alone.
It took just about four months before I got comfortable enough to learn how to french kiss/make out...and that was actually really good, as he let me go for it and didn't just randomly stick his tongue in my mouth. So as I said, just go slow and find a guy who's willing to respect your space and to go your pace.

don't worry ti will happen for you when the time is right, whether it will be in two days at homecoming of some other time. If you force or rush something you might regret it or it might not be what you thought. But don't obsess about it, be yourself and when the moment arrives be calm, and go with the flow.

i'm gonna be honest here, i was 17. my parents were REALLY strict, couldn't even go on a date til i was 16. the more you want it, the less you will be suprised by it.
just let it happen. haven't heard of "sweet 16 and never been kissed"?
