Get a really big bed so you both have your space, one that you can't feel him/her bouncing around on! Put pillows between you or get one of those long pillows to block him/her from whacking or kicking you while asleep.

Tough question!! I think that I'd try to tolerate it, but I don't know how you'd solve it. When I was little and my sister and I had to share a bed, I had this problem where I'd either thrash around or wrap around something like an octupus!! One morning, she woke up with a black eye, but when I asked her how she got it, whe told me that it was because of me...in the middle of the night, she had tried to stop me from thrashing by holding my legs together. Apparently, I had sat up and punched her, then gone back to sleep...Anyway, I got over my habit, so hopefully your significant other is just going through a phase...
GOOD LUCK!!

I married mine and he is super fidgity, actually we both are.

If it really bothers you and you never get enough sleep because of it either sleep on the couch or break up.

You could get twin beds, but usually the non-fidgity person adapts.

No, I would not break up with my girlfriend for that reason. I've been woken up in the middle of the night many times before, and I love her just the same.

What to do? just wait it out and hope it gets better. My girl did, and she sleeps much more soundly now.

Sleep on opposite sides of the bed. If you are serious about leaving someone just because of that then I think you are easily going to find other things about this person thats going to drive you crazy.

Anyone who would break up with someone because they fidgit really needs to get their priorities straight.

How about figure out why this person is so rolly polly. If s/he is sleeping, there's not much that CAN be done.

Listen--don't expect perfection someone. It's just not going to work.

uh...don't tell me you consider this person your "significant other" if you are considering breaking up with him/her over that. Sleep separately. If there's only one bed and no couch take turns sleeping on the floor.

But of course, fidgety sleeping the the #1 sign of unfaithful and terrible spouses.
