No, the legal form called the wedding certificate makes it official. Ask any lawyer.

Ususally having sex is a part of the wedding night. If you haven't had sex since the wedding then the marriage is considered not consumated and should either of you desire, depending on state laws, may be able to get an annulment of the marriage. Much easier than a divorce.
Why has there been no sex? How long have you been married?

A wedding makes you officially married. Sex consummates the marriage. If he doesn't get to that VERY soon, the marriage can be annulled.

Good question legaly on paper your married. For example you would get a divorce but you would get a anullment if your were to split up. So I guess it's not official yet. But why haven't you had sex?

Once the legal paper's are signed your "Married" .Consumation of the marriage isnt part of the ceremony anymore it hasnt been for decades thank god.And that was just something else for the perverted church priests to be in on.

You have to "consummate" a marriage, which means have sex. If not then you can dissolve the marriage without divorce, by getting it annulled.

No honey it doesn't. No sex before marriage is something that dumb religious people made up to make most mens lives a living hell. You have to sign documents to be married to someone.
