I've known this guy since middle school. We are in high school now and both pretty decent academically. He complains that he's so busy and pressed, even though I'm doing harder classes and more activities (we do different things). He usually scores a little higher than me. I feel like he tries harder in school just to beat me. We used to talk casually but now it's just "hey...what did you get on the ap physics test?" kind of stuff from him. I vary in scores, A, B, whatever, I'm ok with it. Then he only misses 1 or 2 and says something like, "OMG i'm so pissed i only got 98%."- and not as a joking kind of thing. He's developed this subtle ****** kind of attitude and is super competitive. I know people would say just to ditch him, but it's hard. I've known this guy for years (and his family) and I can't imagine just doing that. I can't talk to him either- he's shallow and like a little kid now. I wonder sometimes, if he thinks I'm lower, why does he even hang out with me? What do I do?

with the girl they care about the most, when they have ONE main focus?

let's say this girl is someone he truly cares about and after all the drama, he has this chance to rebuild the friendship and start things slowly BUT he's so focused on saving money to get a "big investment" (house, car, etc...)

Is it hard for guys? Will they rather wait til they acheieve their goal and then rebuild things with her?

(my understanding is this: with girls, they don't wanna get started on reading a magazine when they know they'll have interruptions but will start once they know they'll have the rest of the night without any distractions...)

I briefly dated a guy several years go and lost contact. I've been with my current boyfriend for a wonderful 2 years and still going strong. However, my ex contacted me a couple weeks ago. It was a brief affair that ended in immaturity. And I was surprised how similar he is to my current boyfriend. Physical appearance, general personality, and even hobbies. My ex isn't looking to date me but there's this unspoken tension between us. I love my current boyfriend and have no intention of breaking up with him but is it ok to date someone who's so much like an ex?

i've known this girl a few weeks. we've hung out (gone to bars, usually) 3-4 times.

she has seemed flirty. asked if was single, sits very close, doesn't mind me touching her, etc.

she works at a cafe where i often go. today, i saw her there, and she said hello first. but when she got off work, she did not come and chat with me as she usually does. she just left! i wanted to ask her to do something, but couldn't. i was with a guy friend of mine she hates though, so maybe that's it, I dont know.

what do you think? should i be kind of offended, or is it just nothing? she has never done this before.

I know that reading this you all probily will not undrestand full whats going on but i need advise badly, I'm a 21 year old married mother of two amazing kids but the problem lies in the fact that I think I married to early and now have found my-self in love with some1 else and even though I have tried my hardest not to . I am taken for granted by my husband and don't feel love. The other guy make me feel amazing and my kids love him to bits I know that he feels the same about me and the kids and he has told me that if my-self or the kids need him that he'll be there for us. I don't feel like I love my husband, I do care about him deeply but thats all and I feel really about not being able to stop my-self feeling this way, what should I do?? my husband does put me down on a day to day basise and I work my tail of for him and the kids, he will not even go out and get a job, plez help me I'm going crazy!!!

I've been with my girl for a year. We broke up in Aug. I tried to move on, but 3 weeks into our split, I saw her out with another guy and went nuclear. I called her that night and we started talking, and it led to us getting back together. We were back together for a week, everything was going well but then it comes out that we both had sex with other people while we were apart. We fought but worked through that too! It's been another week, things have been great, we were talking about moving in together, but today she hits me with "I'm really confused, I don't know if I want to be with anyone, I need to think." We talked about this for about 2 hours (with no progress) ended up being affectionate, saying I love you, all that. Later tonight, I snuck a peek at her cell. There were 2 msgs from the guy she was with while we were apart. She says unsure and she wants to think but she acts as if nothing is wrong with us. I'm leaving for 2 weeks in 2 days; should I give her this time to think?

Years ago now i split from my ex. She was very cruel to me in the end and i know she wanted to push me away but i still loved her. She suggested we be friends and tryed to get me to give her advice on her new blossoming relationship... i couldnt bear it, told her how nasty she'd been 2me, she snapped back at me callin me a bitter freak, so we stopped talking. I was broken hearted even tho she treated me horribly in the end. Its been almost 4years now and i still long for her. My friends say i should HATE her and Im being a wimp. I've been in love with my best friend for a year now, I kept it in because I knew she didn't feel the same way, I was in the friend zone. About a 2 months ago, she told me she was leaving her loser boyfriend who she's been off and on with for 5 years now, he cheats, uses her and yeah booty call and yet she always goes back, and taking my advice and going back to college and taking care of herself for awhile. Anyway she goes back after 3 weeks and I got really upset, told her how I felt about her and was tired of picking up the pieces all the time and being the good guy. Well we haven't spoken much since, a few times but that's it. I told her I was gonna go to the bahamas for a few days to get away. She calls me back and asks if she can come, I instinctively say yes and she buys her own plane ticket and we'll share the room. My boyfriend was with 3 other girls before me, but was unable to come while having sex with ANY of them. He just didn't. This was shocking to me, and i was wondering if anyone has heard of this happening or had a similar experience? Or guys, an explanation? My father in law has just told my husband that he has been seeing someone for the past year and that she will be moving into his new home with him. Now my husbands mother only died of cancer 2 years ago and it is her money that he is living on and that paid for the house that he is living in. They were married for 16 years. Pardon me but myself, I would wait alot longer to find a partner again, wouldn'y you. Frankly it is disgusting I think.

Alright, I don't mean if guys have their monthly cycle where they bleed and have to wear tampons or pads etc lol
What I mean is, do they have PMS ? You know, like how they say us women become grouchy, irritated and grumpy during that certain time of the month. Well I'm thinking that my man also has that time of the month where he's a major pain in the butt !!! There are days, for example, he'll be an angel for several weeks, and then for an entire week I just won't understand him, he's so moody, and always up for a fight.

Hi,
One of my friends (30+ yrs old) is worried about the sexuality of her brother. He has never shown any interest in girls although he is almost 22 now. She fears that he may be a gay and wants to set up an encounter with a hooker for him. Of course, he won't know. The hooker is supposed to "run into him" at a cafe he haunts and is then supposed to go as far as he is willing to. I find the entire idea very sealzy. What do you think?

There are times when I wonder whether is it me or is it him. Sometimes when he hugs me, when we woke up in the morning and he hugs me, I can feel him turned on... but then, he won't let it continue on. He would just turn around and let that feeling passes by. I don't understand why. Is this normal? Or is he just not interested in me anymore? But then, there are also times when we tried to make love, he'll just turn on for that couple minutes and then he became all soft.... why?? Is there something wrong???
