Spooning is when you cuddle with someone, you both lay on your sides, ususally the guy behind the girl, and you are facing the same direction. Usually the guy's top arm comes over to snuggle her and she is laying her head on his bottom arm.
You see spooning couples a LOT in mattress commercials.

It means to sleep together. Spooning is a position in bed such that the 2 bodies curve into each other while both facing the same direction. It's an intimate position.
